They have a great eyelashes suitable for every eye shape. I can’t say about customer service though as I haven’t used that yet. But fast shipping and great prices!

Love my Lilly lashes! Finally lashes I can apply and stay on!! If staying put during a night of riding extreme roller coasters at Busch Gardens isn't a great testimony, I don't know what is! Love the packaging as well.

I ordered the half lashes and they did not work at all, the band was too think and the lashes looked horrible.

Adhesive left me a rash on my lash line. Glue works better. Now I have several adhesive lashes I can't use. Disappointed.

Very pretty lashes and comfortable to wear excellent product

Transitioning from lash extensions to lash strips has been quite the experiment. I’ve tried so many different brand's, read tons of reviews and I’m glad I discovered Lilly lashes. The reason for the four stars is I’ve tried several of the self adhesive styles and still needed to use lash glue. Malibu is not self adhesive but that’s okay I’m now an expert at glueing them on. I do give the Malibu strips 5 stars.

I have attempted several versions of eye lashes and never had success getting them on. They caused me so much anxiety I gave up trying. Then I saw these. WOW!!! They are easy to apply, they stay on and look fabulous!
