I went on a school and on the bus tire blew up on the way back because they drove to LA and back 6 times and did not check the tires. The drive was supposed to be 2 and a half out but we stopped on the side of the road for two hours and then got stuck at the AAA place for 30 minutes. Worst trip ever.

All good, though driver parked pretty far from entry to United entry and did not offer to help with my bag.

This is the 5th time they call me the day before and tell me to be ready. But never show up. I suppose to be at my doctor office at 8:30 am.they told me to be ready at 6:45am. It's 7:34am. Still no call and no one showed up.. I could give them a neg. I would. This don't make no sense at all.

Driver was awesome but he did arrive a little late. He said our trip would be stretched out to 12:30 for him being late but he ended up dropping us back off by 11:30. Everyone on bus was also very generous with tips. Felt our time was cut a little short but overall really fun experience. If we could get a little deal for our time being cut short we would love to book a bigger party bus for longer on New Years. Thank you

They showed up early and treated our group with respect and courtesy. The driver knew the area well and was able to show us many areas with beautiful Christmas Lights! We would definitely recommend this Limo Service.

So happy I chose MGM Transportation. We took a Limo to look at Christmas lights with the family. Yuri our driver was great, and the Limo was nice. I will definitely use MGM again next year. The price was right too!

Yuri was on time and courteous, fun but also professionally invisible. The car was clean, well stocked. We were able to make stops at our leisure and plan our day well with Yuri's help.

Awesome service!! Beautiful limo.

The driver was great, we really appreciate him, he was very patient and understanding. But for the price I paid for the freightliner party bus I expected a little bit of an upgraded sound system. There's no Bluetooth connection to the deck and our music constantly kept cutting off throughout the party due to the AUX cord feature malfunctioning, we even bought a new cord and it still cut off time and time again. I was going to rebook for NYE, but if there's no Bluetooth connection I may have to reconsider, everyone was dissatisfied about that so we ended up getting off an hour early. Other than that everything was good. Thank you for your services.

Driver arrived 30 minutes late, and did not makeup for the time, also driver was driving like he was in a rush, making rough stops. Still had a fun night!
