They’re not delivering their orders. According to customer service it was shipped from their warehouse, however it’s a lie because delivery company haven’t received it.

I had a terrible experience ordering a dress from this shop. First, the courier never bothered to call me and left the parcel far from my location. As a pregnant woman, I had to go out of my way to retrieve it, which was extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, when I opened the parcel, the dress was in awful condition—ripped and completely unwearable. I email them the same day, and return them today at their one of the branches thankfully they promised to refund my money (hopefully soon). However, this entire experience was a complete waste of my time. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I regularly order from Lindex and have always received great products with no problems. They do take a little longer to arrive as they are sent from Sweden but worth the wait.

I have tried many (big brands) maternity underwear during my pregnancy but this was the best one ever.
Quality fabric, perfect fit, very comfy, not too tight anywhere.
Highly recommend it.

Low value for high price and no money return, only lindex card voucher to spend in their stores only. Complete rip off. Wish I knew this before shopping there.

I couldn't leave a review on its website, but after my first purchase I do not plan to buy anything from this retailer again. I bought a pair of tights (2-pack matt tights 40 denier), which after the first (and single) wear were covered in bobbles by the end of the day, and are simply unwearable now. I also bought some underwear, which was OK - hence the 2 stars. But as other reviewers have noted already, it's not great quality and not worth the price tag... don't be duped by the 'Scandi' PR - nothing Scandi about the quality of Lindex's garments.

I ordered a pack of maternity briefs, elastic band tore off the fabric the moment i put them on. Literally fell apart on first wear. Disgraceful low quality

Zero customer service. Ordered a package with home delivery, delivery never came with false excuse of locked door when we have no lock on the gate. Simple wooden gate … then the package was send to a far location, not opened it weekends and open only 3 hours a day. When I asked to deliver to a normal pick up point close or to my home as ordered there was not help at all from customer service. So package will be returned and I will buy in another store of another company

I purchased a low-quality item at Lindex store, and at the hotel, I discovered its poor quality. I didn't authorize the return of a certificate instead of a refund, but Lindex processed it. After few months I returned and found that my certificate is expired. I believe my money was taken.

Terrible customer service. Item was not delivered and ended up at a collection depot very far away and due to health complications I was unable to retrieve my parcel. I contacted the depot and they denied poession of my parcel. When notified of this issue lindex first ignored me and then eventually responded simply saying that eventually the parcel will go back to head office and then a refund will be given. Fast forward another month and I am finally refunded after having threatened them with further action. No explanation or apology was given. Avoid!

I saw an item on the "This Morning" programme and ordered it. I had never heard of the company but took a chance. The item arrived in about 5 days and was of good quality and reasonable price. I would happily order again. They are a legit company.

had never heard of Lindex, ordered a linen scarf but when it arrived the colour was not right. Returned and refund was made within 48 hours, with no quibbles. Impressed. Will keep them in mind for future needs.

My favourite pjs! Such good quality, just ordered my 3rd pair and they arrived on time within 6 working days (to UK). The quality is amazing such soft lovely fabric. Ordered via asos and also directly from their website on this occasion with no issues. Customer service was great.

LINDEX products are scum!!!! much smaller than standard EU sizes with low quality materials and high price tag for it’s quality & the amount of clothes used to make a piece!!!! I had to order same product multiple times due to not fitting properly & hoping next one will fit better!!!! Also had to order multiple sizes due to size inconsistency!! Then if you go to store (suburb/village surrounding Göteborg where i live) to return those scrap, they will treat you like a murderer !!! Much to learn about customer service!!

Shocking customer service. Waiting for the order for 7 days, worked from home on the specified delivery date so I won’t miss it and the UPS decided to send it to a collection point miles away from my home address. The agent basically told me it’s not their problem and didn’t offer any help

TERRIBLE! What on earth is going on with these merino maternity leggings?! Advertised as slim fit but my lord they are SO HUGE AND SAGGY! And that's after buying a medium when I'm usually a large. And somehow they're also completely see-through? Bought early on in pregnancy as a treat for my third trimester so too late to return. Absolutely shocking quality!

Also bought a pair of animal print maternity leggings which were much better until after two months of wear they developed a hole right above the groin in a very visible, very inappropriate place. Really poor. Would never order from here again and I would advise everyone not to.

Merino leggins quality is terrible: thin, translucent and stretched after 1 wear. I also asked for cancel my another order (immediately after submit an order) and they didn’t agree. Not satisfied at all, never order again.

This was my first purchased from Lindex, was not sure what to expect. I have to say that my experience was great - decent quality for the price tag, efficient delivery in a timely manner (unlike many well known retailers.....).

Had ordered from Lindex before for children’s clothes a while ago and loved them. Went to place an order today to find they no longer ship to the North of Ireland. Very disappointing that the UK can pick and choose when we’re apart of it or not!! Absolutely no reason for them not to be able to ship to here other than they can’t be bothered.

I bought an item two years ago. I keep getting unwanted sms. I have blocked them but they keep coming. I have written to them to stop and it thoroughly unprofessional.
