Order made 26th December

Order made 26th December, 2022, item still not received after many emails asking for a refund or the item. All I get is "its going to leave the warehouse within 5 days" well its 50 days later and still nothing.

Went to order a new rug at circa £150

Went to order a new rug at circa £150. And not in a sale etc. Signed up for newsletter to get first order discount of 10% but the code is not valid on their website. Bit of farse and wouldn't recommend and now buying the rug from else where. So their loss!!

Customers services was extremely poor

Customers services was extremely poor. I returned goods worth approximately £30 via Hermes home pick up and they claimed not to have received it. Hermes didn't bother to respond or chase up their member of staff who picked up the goods from my home. I had a three month battle and only got a refund when I was at my wits end, nearly involving trading standards. It was a horrible experience.

Bad customer service

I ordered a duvet set from this company and when it came there was a very prominent line right the way across the duvet cover. I contacted the company and was asked for a photo of the defect which I sent. I was then told I would have to wait for a comment from their supplier which could take a few days. I contacted linens direct again and asked for a refund as the bedding was required for the following weekend and I wished to use the money to buy another set. They then sent me a postage paid label to print and told me I would have to wait for their courier on the day I had chosen to return the item. The timing were from 8am until 8pm so that was a whole day wasted to add to my shoddy goods. I have still not received a refund for my order nearly 2 weeks later. Apparently they have not received my parcel! This is a real mickey mouse company and I will never use them again

the curtains that arrived had several…

the curtains that arrived had several problems, mainly due to the lining not being sewn on properly. as we had people coming to stay the next day we had to take off the linings and re sew them ourselves.
However when Linens direct found out the problem they said that as we had altered them they could not take them back but did offer us a discount.

Re update on my previous post (linens direct) sorry I was frustrated when tried to order:( but given credit to linens direct, they did email to my problem & kept me in the loop! It’s now been resolved via email! Keep up the good customer service.:) Fiona. Fife. Thanks

Never again

I will never order tablecloths from this company again. This was a wedding and the tables were was normal size of a standard tablecloths.Thier tablecloths should have fitted a standard round tableup to 8 people.

The Response I got when I asked for compensation from the company:
We are sorry to hear that. Our spandex tablecloths only fit on the matching table size, so they are not supposed to be used on bigger or smaller sized tables. You had purchased our 6-ft (72 inch) round spandex tablecloths, but from your pictures, they are covering a smaller sized round tables causing them to sag. Since you had purchased multiple times for the same item, you could have tried one on to see what it looks like from your first purchase and request an exchange before making the other 2 purchases. But since we did not receive an email from you regarding our products, we could not help you with purchasing the right tablecloths. Thank you for your understanding.

I Don't understand why you advertise your tablecloth the perfect fit, when they don't fit Standard tables.

There was no way I could got into the Venue prior to the event. The tables there are standard, so they should have made the perfect fit...and needless to say they didn't. The tablecloths should be labeled as Do Not Fit Standard Tables. Never will I order tablecloths from this company.






I'm a very unhappy customer that has paid this company over $1000 for products that are sagging and out of shape and they were supposed to be stretched tablecloths not sagging tablecloths.

Our Company depended on this company to uphold their name and integrity. I've never been so disappointed in a company...

This company owes our business an apology and a refund or better quality tablecloths . This was a mess and very humiliating to our company. We paid you for top quality and we got the worst quality that we have ever got from any business ever..I'm so frustrated with this company I deserve a refund or better quality products.
Please consider your name and what you stand for because we stand by our name . I hope you do too. Look at the attached pictures you can see what I'm saying and it's everyone one the tablecloths .... So Disappointed..

Does what is says on the tin

This is the second time I have ordered from this company and in both situations they have (a) made up my order to sizes given (b) delivered before they estimated and (c) delivered good quality goods using dpd couriers who give you the ability to check online where their driver is.

Thank you linenesdirect for a great service.
