ISSUE RESOLVED: Customer never contacted us to let us know there was an issue - instead they left a negative one star review. Immediately on receiving this, we contacted them and rectified the issue. Turns out that multiple delivery attempts were made but customer put in an incorrect address and thus, after multiple delivery attempts, the package was returned to us. We have since issued a full refund.

If you are reading this message, please contact us before leaving a negative review as issues are resolvable, and we stand by our products and service.

Upon reviewing our records, I can confirm that a SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL was dispatched to you on NOVEMBER 28th, 2023. According to our records, the package was handed over to Royal Mail, our trusted shipping fulfillment service. As per our standard procedures, customers are typically expected to receive their packages within two working days following the shipping confirmation.

I am truly sorry that you did not receive your package as expected. Your review is the first indication we have received regarding this matter, and I want to assure you that we take it seriously.
