The worst company i have ever encountered.
The platform was 'ok' but over the year we didn't see a marked increase in traffic. I appreciate it is only as good as the user but nevertheless it wasn't working for us. After the years contract was up i phoned up to cancel and that's when the fun began.... The lady that I was dealing with was incredibly rude informing me that I had auto enroled into another 12 month contract (at a cost of nearly £3000/year) and that there was absolutely no chance of cancellation. She then said that she wasn't prepared to talk to me and communication would be via email..
Speaking to our lawyer it became apparent that in their T's and C's there was a paragraph that was incredibly ambiguous, open to interpretation and entrapment. That's exactly what was happening to us, we had been trapped into their contract based on their interpretation of the t&c...
So with very little communication from them I was horrified when i had a letter advising me that they were going to sell the collection of payments onto a debt collector!!! Disgraceful doesn't come close!
It's a long and boring story but ultimitely working with Linkdex was by far the worst decision i have ever made. An unethical business with no customer service and a disgusting attitude. If you are thinking of working with them then do so at your own risk! I strongly advise you to stay well clear!
