Absolutely shocking service. Don’t ever respond to emails and communication is non existent when you have an issue. Probably the worst letting agents I’ve ever encountered. Avoid like the plague.

1 star isn’t justified
1 star isn’t justified. I purchased a flat from Lint Group 10 months ago. It takes months to get a reply, even after multiple chasers. The service charge is demanded 6 months earlier than it’s contractually due and their management company’s incompetence in this area is astounding. They have applied for planning permission to increase the number of flats from 9 to 13 less than a year after mis-selling the property to us, and hadn’t consulted any of the tenants all of whom object. They still haven’t completed the building works in the property that we expected to be done on completion - we are living on a building site.
It’s an absolute nightmare.
Incompetence
I am a leaseholder in a building which is supposed to be managed by this company on behalf of the freeholder. In the 2.5 years I have owned my flat Lint has failed to carry out any external or internal maintenance at all, yet while it had spent absolutely no money on the building, it had tried to collect grossly inflated service charges. No matter how many times I have spoken to a property manager, nothing had been done, and the obviously mistaken overcharges have not been corrected. Dealing with this company is like talking to a brick wall and the most generous justification I can think for its abject failure carry out its basic functions while charging unjustifiable amounts of money is incompetence.

My lending process is very smooth. Anis helped us to go through the process. But the FCC is very slow they took more than a week to complete the process.. but in that time anis helped us a lot and he gave the guidance. Thankyou anis for ur help.

I would like to thank Humza for his help and excellent service. The service I received was extremely professional and responsive. In a few days we completed all the paperwork needed to rent a studio. Once again thank you very much.
Avoid the Management Company
We moved into a new build in early June, and at the time the developer (part of the Lint Group) had reassured us re snagging issues that all would be resolved timely. A Lint Group management company was appointed after the sale. If at all possible, avoid them. It has been such a frustrating process.
By way of example of a couple of issues:
1) Now nearly 3 months after moving in, the council still doesn’t have access to the bin store which is behind a locked gate so can’t collect refuse. The backyard is still being developed and the gate has been installed presumably until the building work (of which there has been minimal progress over the past few months) is completed. We were told in June the bins would be sorted within a week or two. It wasn’t until we got in touch with the council directly that bins were delivered to the property, but now the council can’t access those bins as they don’t have the key to the gate. The rubbish from all the flats is rotting in the basement at the moment, and has only been moved 2/3 times in the past 3 months. There used to be a communal skip (albeit one we couldn’t access, as it took over 3 months for them to provide a key to the backyard side gate), but that has since been removed. The stench is unbearable.
2) We waited for more than 2 months to get a key to the meter room cupboards. We were consistently told “next week” since moving in. They eventually provided keys to some of the tenants, and others bought their own.
We now rarely get responses to emails, and most of the issues flagged on moving in haven’t been resolved. If you’ve any choice at all, I’d stay clear.
Surprised
Called Lint as received a missed call from them but no VM left.
Reception staff members response to my callback was “we have over 40 staff in the building so how could they know who called”
Suggested i should “wait to be called back”.
I don’t have to point out how unprofessional this response was.
Standards used to be better, i hope this is an isolated case.
One of the good estate agents
We worked with lint group for more than 20 Years. Telling the truth sometimes we have our ups and downs but we get profissional service. Anis is one of the staffs we know him from beginning and till now me or my husband have any issues we feel easy to deal with him. Saying that all the staffs are very friendly on the phone. From what I remember I been to their office only twice everything we deal with them over the phone.

Vijay & Bashir - they did a fantastic job of unblocking my kitchen sink. They did more than just plunge the sink, they unblocked the entire piping system!! They were very diligent and made sure the water was clear, running as it should and that my washing machine was also unblocked.
