Very easy to order and arrived fairly quick

These sticky sticks do exactly what it says it does. It is essential for my ears due to build up of wax. I’m an happy customer n have made more purchases of same product due to the fact its a vital part of my ears health.Thank you!

Items were good but let down by delivery agent who appears to have thrown into the front garden without trying to deliver it to the front door. It's only a small thing but means alot to the purchaser. The wrapping had small tear in it. This means that if it had rained the cardboard box in side could have been ruined along with the purchased item. Not the manufacturer or distributors fault but one for the delivery agents to consider.

The price of the ear pieces should have been included with the vat. The ear pieces seemed reasonable but it came as a shock that the vat was then added onto that.

The product works well. The delivery company that just dumped the parcel out side the door ,they did not even ring the bell. Instructions on the porch door says put inside ,they did not bother, the same delivery company left a parcel next door at the same time ,made no effort to hide it. It's no wonder so many parcels go missing.

Wow, these are amazing couldn't believe it , would definitely recommend these cost effective ,especially for little ones as well, felt a bit weird washing it then blow dry it afterwards but so easy to use any dirt sticks to it
