Wow...in the world of scams, bad business's and zero customer care this company is one in a million.
The service is second to none from ordering to receiving.
I am very sceptical in ordering from social media sites and tend to stick to the usual high street shops or @mazon type sites so if the quality is not as expected it can be returned.
I have been scammed with terrible quality goods nothing like described or advertised and even if they say refundable it's made practically impossible to return or cost you more than the item is worth so you obviously don't bother.
Little madam definately changed my perception of this as their service, quality and description of items are perfectly true. The items are beautiful quality and customer care is beyond expectations before and after!

They have some lovely dresses on their website. I ordered 2 dresses (Amalfi Coast and Joanie) and I had a phone call from them to say one of the dresses was damaged and did I want to try another size. I thought this was really good of them because other companies would have just cancelled it or sent it regardless. Nice personal touch. Both dresses were lovely but the replacement was too small and the other didn’t suit me so had to send back. Will be ordering a few more in different colours though to see if they suit me as it would be a perfect dress for my daughters wedding.

Dresses are lovely. Returns an easy process, but expensive.

Bought two dresses for a Summer wedding. Both dresses were lovely and great quality.
Sadly they didn't suit me so I returned them both and got refunded quickly.

Straight forward order and delivery - I ordered a dress regular size 18-20 and it fit perfectly I’m 5ft 3in and just over 15st. Great quality and very flattering with room for either weight gain or loss and it’ll still fit. Very pleased been a long time since I’ve ordered something that fits well and looks nice on first try!

Came quickly, beautiful dress, had to send it back as it was to tight around the bust, I am sending for the next size up, just waiting for my payment to go into bank then sending for bigger size.
