I have been ordering from Little Crafty Bugs for a number of years now and have found their service excellent. Easy to order; good quality products; sent really quickly and well packaged. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I've just received another first rate order from Crafty Little Bugs. I'm delighted with the quality of their wooden baubles, the communication from their customer service and the speed of their delivery service. The baubles are of a lovely quality wood and a very smooth surface, ideal for painting and decorating, they don't bleed the colours like some do. As a family we have great fun decorating and personalising these items to gift for Christmas, all we need to add is some paint pens, a cuppa and a cake for a relaxing crafting day. Brilliant company. Have used them a number of times and everything has always been exactly as advertised and good quality. They are a ‘go-to’ company for little things to put in crackers or small gifts. The sizes etc are always clearly stated as to what they will fit in. Items are always sent really quickly and if there is a problem with anything they will always let you know very quickly. Things arrive carefully packed to avoid damage. Personally, I can’t speak highly enough of them for quality, customer service and prices.

I ordered 'make your own Christmas Crackers' after messaging the company on a Sunday and receiving a reply back the same day! I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase, excellent quality product, great value for money, really quick delivery and customer service was second to none! I ordered some Christmas decorations via Ebay and was really impressed with everything from Littlecraftybugs. The decorations were beautiful, they arrived quickly and were very well packed! An excellent experience from a really lovely company! An absolute pleasure to deal with in every way!

Living abroad I like to make crackers and they shipped promptly to a UK address for my collection- but more importantly I had made a careless error on my order which would have been really inconvenient . They noticed, informed me, arranged immediate refund and all was resolved thanks to them. Excellent Customer service. I will be using this company again and recommend it highly.

Excellent customer service and very pleased with my purchase! The products were of high quality. I bought wooden treasure chests for birthday goodie bag items and they were just beautiful. They went down very well with the party guests. There was an error in their system which meant the number of items I ordered were greater than they had in stock but Little Crafty Bugs went out of their way to accommodate and were very helpful sorting things out.

I recently purchased some of your white papier-mâché boxes for craft activities this Easter with my dementia group.
With the help of volunteers they decorated the boxes and the results were brilliant.
Because they were white I was able to put a wash of colour on them, mixed up the lids and bases so they were all different and all the embellishments stuck really well.
I shall definitely purchase again as they were super quality and it was a lovely activity and enjoyed by everyone.

I run art classes and trying to find paper that doesn’t cost a fortune is hard! I found their website and ordered assorted sugar paper and it was reasonably priced! Came super quickly! And I got some free googly eyes which is so very me and super sweet :)

Can I just say that I’m blown away by the quality of the products I received. They are just stunning. Delicate but robust at the same time (I dropped two onto a tiled floor whilst hanging them and they just bounced!).

They were well packaged and arrived quickly.

Little Crafty Bugs are now my “go to” for anything I require of a similar nature whilst doing any seasonal decorating.

I ordered on 27th March and straight away tried to increase my order. My order was put on hold. This was confusion caused by myself.
The stock I ordered were in fact out of stock. Martin was very apologetic and explained that he had been working under difficult circumstances. I do appreciate the difficulty.
Although disappointed I received a prompt refund.

I was worried about ordering based on negative reviews but my order was despatched and arrived within a week. Great products, well made. Would order again!

Was a bit dubious ordering from littlecraftybugs because of some of the reviews but I had nothing to worry about. Ordered felt crafting kits and pin flair christmas trees and lanterns. Very pleased with them and with the price I paid, compared to some craft outlets. Already ordered more items from littlecraftybugs, service has been excellent so far.

Super products at competitive prices. Purchased some Gisela Graham blue poinsettas and blue clip on bird decorations for Christmas tree. Will be purchasing some more after christmas. Arrived in a couple of days well packaged. One bird had lost a beak and a refund was issued immediately. Very good customer service.

Prompt delivery and very happy with quality of products received. Will definitely use this company again, a great shopping experience and so pleased I found them!

Having read some of the other reviews for this company I was nervous about shopping with them, however my experience has been fantastic and I will definitely shop here again!

I ordered ~7 Christmas gifts including craft activities, ornaments, games and kitchen equipment. I was concerned I may have received knock off items, unexpectedly small items or just no items but thankfully everything was as I expected from photos and much nicer in some cases.

I paid for standard Royal Mail delivery and received my items within 3 days.

Sadly my experience was dreadful. I'm not one for complaining, items or a service has to be really bad before I do.

Unfortunately many items arrived damaged. I emailed prior to Christmas to rectify the issue and had a very slow response. I know Christmas is busy, but I felt delay tactics were at play as very specific photos were requested etc. Some of the damaged items were refunded, two that broke literally mid painting were refused due to apparently 'legally, the items were accepted on receipt' which is a very dubious interpretation of consumer rights.

Further to that the order was not fulfilled, a refund was promised but not honoured and I had to chase this.

I had high hopes for this company and the items on display. I suspect the company is overwhelmed as the delays, lack of organisation and quality checking products prior to posting to customers all speaks of mismanagement.
