They prepared and shipped my order in timly manner. It arrived within 2 days and you know what! They vacuum sealed all the liquid order so it can deliver safely. They packed everything neat and put right amount of packing material so it arrived like I just bought from shelves in a store. I also got an instruction about how to make my formula. Very thoughtful. I highly recommend this website for future/ current mama!

Super fast shipping. Great customer service and always keep you updated on the status of your order. And what is the cherry on top for me is that they send the batch information and guarantee with every shipment. They track who gets what in case if any incidents!! Amazing! And always, always a sweet little hand written note thanking its customers. And I usually get a little treat for the parents too! Customer service is really above and beyond and it seriously makes the difference.

Wonderful communication and amazingly prompt. We really appreciated the instructions that were sent along with the formula, and the little gift is sweet too. Very impressed with this service, and grateful to have access to this formula for our little one, who has had a hard time with milk proteins and refused to drink most Amercian hydrolyzed formulas.

So grateful for little formula. I had to supplement with formula, and my baby has had issues with other formulas before. The hypoallergenic HIPP option has been the best for him. It’s cheaper than other sites, and they always send a free goodie, a sweet and thoughtful message, and shipping is super fast (make sure you order on business days).

Unbelievable shipping
This was my first time ordering and I was expecting a long delivery time so I purchased 5 boxes of formula instead of 1. I ordered it on Saturday night and received it on Tuesday. From Berlin Germany to New Jersey USA. My daughter has had no issues switching from 100% breastmilk so far. Very pleased with this company.
