How efficient you were and quick delivery
Not impressed with hedge cutter thought it would have more power than it does

Evri delivered to the wrong address. No leaflet through the door to say where they had left it. The dinner service is lovely and well worth the money but the delivery service leaves a lot to be desired

It was delivered to my addressing was delivered to someone else the person it went to bought to me i was in so they can not say no one home

I have been a customer for well over 40 years and they have been my "Go To" if I have needed an appliance or item, in a hurry without having to worry about paying a huge lump sum all at once....I can easily pay monthly installments, if need be, delivery has been spot on and my order delivered within the scheduled time...sometimes earlier. I cannot fault Littlewoods at all.

Exceptional service as normal. Been with Littlewoods for over 30 years and never encountered a problem. If I’ve had any quibble it always gets rectified. Highly recommend from a truly satisfied customer.

My experience is that you don’t have to worry about getting your orders as they come very quickly and they take care to keep you on schedule so that i will give them a five star rating thanks Littlewoods.

Customers should be able to have their account payment dates changed to the month end as this is an inconvenience. As even all direct debits go through month end. How are you expected to have a payment date that changes every month and told that can not be changed.

Always lots of choice on the Littlewoods website whatever you’re looking for. I’m not a big user but I love browsing and usually something catches my eye. I was browsing lingerie and picked some items in the sale. Great choice. They arrived within a couple of days well packaged in brill condition.

My daughter (whose address I asked the Crocs to be delivered to) was in all day that InPost said they were going to deliver as she works from home. No one knocked on the door (and she has a ring doorbell) nothing has been delivered 🤷🏼‍♀️

ive been waiting about two weeks for parcel,then i got a text saying you had recieved my returns package,when i checked it,yes it was the very things ive been waiting for,i worked for Avri for anumber of years before i retired,I just can not work out WHY
