Poor service
I paid £15 for a live show but when I sent an email to customer support they sent me the same link. It was a speedy reply but of no use. I have now missed a large chunk of the show. I have sent them a screenshot of what I can see. Update: After several emails Livenow have refunded my payment after 1.5 hours into the show. I won't use them again.

Purchased an event, downloaded app to firestick, app won’t open. It’s on my firestick reinstalled several times

Extremely disappointing!
Half of the times, the stream is down with technical errors. No explanation. No customer support. At best you have to write an email about the problem you are facing, and hope for reply. I received reply from customer service 2 days after the live event was over. Infuriating experience to say the least.

Poor stream quality, unwatchable. No refund.
Don´t bother buying tickets for a live-now streaming experience. I tried watching a Gorillaz concert that I bought streaming tickets for. I never have streaming problems on my network. But this transmission did not work, there was a glitch every 20 seconds that ruined the musical experience. I contacted customer support, they were unwilling to help. So my advice, save your money until live concerts are back.

Really poor experience
Really poor experience - I had booked to watch the Gorillaz live stream and received a confirmation code. The code wasn't recognised and I was eventually given an alternative.
Our family night in watching the Gorillaz ended up being a battle to try to get the live stream to work for us. By the time we got access, the moment had been lost as had the surprise element for the children.
So disappointing
