I thought I ordered a sample box…

I thought I ordered a sample box without a subscription. I have tried to cancel after receiving my second “order”. I do not have an account, no invoice in the box of product. I have emailed them twice and all I receive is a message back saying they are very busy and may not get back to me before the next order.
The product is expensive for the taste. Still waiting to get ahold of customer service if there is such a thing. Do not recommend!!

Disappointing start to finish

Contacted Holos about a second jar minutes after I placed the biggest order they have (so my partner could also partake) - got a reply they wouldn't include a second jar until I took a second delivery. We improvised, though thought this was pretty chintzy considering the size of the order and subscription for more. So, the delivery arrived in a box with all the packages dumped in randomly, no receipt, no thank you note, just a pile of packages I had to sort. A few weeks in I got food poisoning two hours after eating Holos, and though I can't ascertain for sure it was Holos I advised Holos it might be since it was the only thing I ate since the night before (and the only thing that came back up) -- I never heard a word back despite two emails.

Zero refund

First, the product taste horrible - it has a very bitter aftertaste. Second, I tried to return the product after forgetting to cancel my subscription and email was unresponsive. They responded with ideas to make it taste less bitter but when I still request a refund after showing proof of delivery for return, they stopped responding to emails. I had to request refund from my bank.

Why the bad reviews?

I don’t know how people are giving 1 star reviews. We didn’t receive our order and we quickly emailed them and received a response right away.

Since receiving the product my wife and I not agree that it’s delicious and nutritious. My personal experience has been fantastic. I usually don’t eat much in the morning, but a jar of Holos wirh some fresh fruit really does the trick. It gives me the right energy kick that I’ve been looking for and all the fibre helps in my daily routine! Thanks Holos

Order not shipped

I placed an order March 13, 2026. It is usually shipped in 5-7 business days. The order has not shipped yet I have been charged. They did not answer my email and their phone number is not in service. Do not order from them.

WARNING TO EVERYONE WHO ORDERS THIS:
I should’ve read the reviews and their instagram too. It’s filled with people who have not received orders and are trying to contact them, while being unsuccessful as this company does not have a customer support team. Emails are not responded to and instagram messages are just left unseen. My order was supposed to come last week and it is said to be fulfilled, but I haven’t gotten it. Being scammed of 100+ dollars and having NO ONE care about it at all is what you get from ordering from this comlanu

Order never arrived, nonexistent customer service

I haven’t received my order, and it has been almost one month. Customer service is unresponsive and there is no phone number to call. I have cancelled the subscription and requested a full refund, but it looks like I will have to file this through my bank. The whole experience has been aggravating.

Never received my order

Never received my order. Customer service is unresponsive. No phone number to call. I’m trying to cut my losses and just cancel the subscription, and I’m having difficulty doing that as well. Next I will dispute charges with my credit card company. Needless to say, I recommend avoiding what seems like a scam company.

Ordered 12 pack which comes with one…

Ordered 12 pack which comes with one jar and ordered a second so my Wife and I could try this out.

Package arrived, one of the jars is shattered inside the box, seem a bit thin, perhaps mason jar would be better.

Contacted support same day it arrived, no answer or even acknowledgment from them now 4 days later. Checked to ensure in using their primary email on their site for support, all good on my end but support seems to not exist.

I’d be happy with just an acknowledgment or case number, but radio silence is not great. I’ve had several marketing emails from them since, but I won’t deal with a company that is unprepared to respond to order issues. I realize it’s only been 4 days, but this is a low no effort to acknowledge in this age with online ordering.

Peanuts & Maple 😍

It's so important to support local businesses and thanks to Social Media these companies can reach more people. I came across Holos from an Instagram advert and so happy I decided to subscribe. Working from home permanently has meant, I am spending a lot more time in the kitchen and I started to get lazy and bored with food. Holos is ready to go every morning. I love how quick and easy it is to prepare, I pour it into the glass jar, add almond milk and shake and pop in the fridge overnight. The peanuts and maple is heaven for me and I will be increasing this next subscription. I feel full till lunch which prevents snacking. I definitely want to keep this as my morning breakfast choice.
