Bought a signed Steven Gerrard shirt for £400. Arrived on time however, the frame was split in the corner and the cardboard backing was coming out of the frame. I assume it was dropped in transit as the cardboard box was also damaged. I did send an email with the hopes of resolving the issue prior to writing this but I didnt get a reply. Disappointed to say the least. This was a gift for my husband and he will have to fix it before he can hang it.

Never had a problem till this week.. Ordered community shield programme. Tracked the order to a locker but on opening it completely diff item. Seems the courier put the wrong item in. Can't contact hermes no email and not paying £6 a min phone call. Contacted lfc. At first told nothing they can do sent 2nd email was told will get on to courier get back to me.
Then told wil get replacement sent. Then few hrs later told no stock refund issued for £5 not the £9.50 it cost. The 4.50 is the delivery cost but not my fault the thing got lost

I purchased the LFC lego stadium from LFC online store for my husbands xmas present,thought it would be great for him as he is a avid LFC fan, disabled and I though it would give him something to do whilst stuck indoors over the next few weeks of winter and the reviews on it were good but maybe we were unlucky and received a faulty set but at £65 save your money its made in china and is so badly made.
It doesnt matter what you do this is impossible to build. The base is separate square blocks that are so warped they just will not lay flat so consiquently everytime you try to build this stadium up the pieces just keep popping off and the base goes even more warped the more pieces you add,then the base just separates its absolutely dreadful. We even tried sticking the base to a wooden block to keep the base flat but even that didnt work the lego pieces still just keep popping off. I dont know if we received a faulty set but you seriously cant build this stadium on this base.The base really needs to be one solid piece. Save your money and wait for the official LEGO company to bring one out, it may cost a lot more but better than throwing £65 down the drain.

I bought a XXL Jacket for my Husband from the On-Line Shop. I have been buying from here for years. I always buy XXL & it fits him perfectly. This time the Jacket was huge & would fit 2 x people. It was bought on a Black Friday Deal. I wanted to send the Jacket back but rather than an exchange I went to re-buy & was happy to wait for the refund. I went onto Web Chat to explain this but was told quite bluntly by Jessica L - I should have checked the size guide & they don't offer exchanges - she sent me the Link on the exchange Policy - that would have been the end of the Chat but I continued about the return, she said I would be refunded the £69.95 but the replacement would cost me £80.95 plus Carriage. Needless to say I will not be ordering the replacement & I suggest Jessica L is re-trained in Customer Service.

Spent my weekend here at Liverpool and thoroughly enjoyed sight seeing, visiting museums, eating at different restaurants. Was met with warm welcomes everywhere. Highlight of the trip was visiting Anfield stadium tour!! Even though im not a huge football fan (my husband is lol) It was a great experience, lovely people and would definitely recommend more people to do the tour! Worth every penny! Lovely city, lovely people.

We ordered a Liverpool Shirt for my son, we had Alexander-Arnold has the name on the back of his shirt.
After 2 washes the lettering started to peel away ( 30c wash). We have emailed and not got anywhere, will just buy a plain shirt next time from Nike direct.

I’m not a football fan but I don’t see much people going here.

I had a home Liverpool Jersey issue and a young girl called Abby delth with me very good she was really nice and very helpful a credit to the shop and LFC in all.. 10/10 for dealing with my problem.. And even with a face mask on she still showed a smile 😃...

Big thank you to Leigh , l came down from London for the West Ham game and in need of ticket ended up at Leigh’s counter she was caring and attending and provided me with a ticket.

6 TIMES, WE DO NOT LET THIS SLIP

Two shirts ordered on the 10th wrong tracking info sent out by them so parcel deemed lost. Over five hours ( 3 calls) on the phone trying to get thru so they could rectify there mistake and now 23rd Dec still nothing. Awful store will never use again.

No customer service, orders very late. Ordered a present on 29/11/19. Website says delivery time 2-5 working days within UK. Today (06/12/19, the 5th working day) and nothing has been updated as yet. My Hermes is still awaiting the item from LFC, which has not yet been delivered. LFC customer service website doesn’t work (only a blank white page), e-mails on Facebook are simply ignored. Paid £6.99 for 2nd class delivery and £60 for the item itself. This is supposed to be a birthday present and I didn’t expect for the delivery to take longer than 5 working days, plus, ignoring messages is just simply rude.

After shopping in both stores in Liverpool, and more recently online, I'm very impressed.

Liverpool FC are trying to buy the premier league title however they will finish second again!
