One of the best investments I’ve made.
Not only does this water purifier make the water taste phenomenal on its own but everything you put the water in tastes better especially coffee. Only wish I would have purchased this earlier. The company seems first rate. I purchased air filter combo expecting it soon.

I love the Sans air filter! I bought two minis one for the dining room and kitchen and one for the bedroom. I like the different colored lights and meters telling me how clean the air is. I also love how quiet it is. Highly recommend!

Trying to communicate with their non-human customer service email is worse than a slow death.

I have repeatedly tried to replace an order with two items in it and yet they only send one returns label.

I originally bought one Sans unit for my kitchen/den area of home. I've seen and smelled a difference since using it. So I bought a mini unit for the master bedroom and a full size unit to help clean up our living/dining/office area. I like the filters being sent automatically. That's actually why I bought the additional units, because my original filter got too dirty before my next shipment. Our house feels, looks, and smells cleaner with Sans.

Whatever you do do not buy these guys’s product you will spend $1000 and they won’t send you what you buy and they will tell you it’s delivered. I’m still in contact with them so I haven’t gotten anything resolved. Hopefully I get my money back or I’d get what I ordered. I guess we’ll find out but I would save yourself a headache and just go somewhere else.

Before purchase I asked customer service about the length of the power cord. They exaggerated telling me it was 1.8m long but it is not the flexible cord is c1.4m (incl plug is 1.5m). Shame they weren’t accurate as I could have saved my time and effort.

We've had our air purifiers for 3 months now. We have 6 animals. Our house is so much better! The air is cleaner, allergies are down and you can see the air is cleaner, hardly anything floating in it anymore! We just changed to filters and it's crazy to see how dirty they are! Love them!

Their website is very easy to navigate, products are full described, and, most important, their air purifiers are top notch. I received my purchases in excellent time and am very pleased with their 2 mini air purifiers. I highly recommend SANS.

I absolutely love my SANS air purifier! I suffer from allergies, and I have noticed a real difference since I started using it. The air feels cleaner, and it has genuinely helped make my space more comfortable.

The Sans Water Purifier was easy to unpack and set up and simple to get started drinking fresh and clean water once again. We bought an extra Glass Pitcher so that we can use one for our Keurig Coffee Maker and cooking and we put the other in the refrigerator for cold drinks. Easy-Peazy.

Excellent product and company. I sent a email and got a rapid response. Fairly prompt shipping, but USPS was slow. Imagine that! Would purchase other products from Sans should the need arise.

I had a different brand of air purifier for years before switching to Sans, and I can definitely tell the difference. The air feels much fresher and cleaner. I have three cats, and their hair doesn't bother me anymore. I also have pollen and dust allergies, and I can really notice the difference when using the Sans air purifier. It was a great purchase!

I was taking allergy medicine daily with runny eyes, sneezing. From the day I turned on the Sans air purifier, have not used meds even one day since three weeks ago definitely keeping it and it’s worth every penny.

I recently purchased 2 mini SANS. Process of installation, and setup was very easy. After 2 days of operation, air quality has improved. Can’t wait to try larger unit once I’m in my forever home! Great experience!

Just reading reviews definitely inspired our purchase! Then, we knew someone who purchased two! Couldn’t be happier with the elimination of dust and odors from cooking or from using scents like perfumes and hairspray! Highly recommend…even if you think you don’t have a need…betcha you do!

We have a large area Sans and love it! Decided to get a couple of mini purifiers during the July 4 sale and honestly not as happy with them. They're lovely in appearance of course and super easy to setup but significantly louder when running than the larger unit. Honestly the mini can be run on low only or the noise is much too disturbing in the spaces. So, would work for playroom or gameroom but definitely not for office or nursery or library areas.

I was looking for a customer service phone number. It’s not the one they give. They only try to sell you MedAlert device!
