Since my last review I would like too update it I now got my account back since they ID check and they updated my name :) I will say the account does play well and bonus r good not a great big wins but keeps you playing…. Since my account is back up and running I made two withdrawals witch not hit my account yet witch yesterday they did within 1/2 hours witch was for more then it is today but they said cos they r larger amounts they take longer!? So I don’t no I will update my review to 5 stars ✨ once I get my pay out cos the site is good and they do seem to give bonus

awful site won 1900 pound which is still in the account and withdrew another 600 still of which i haven’t received so 2500 pound of my money that they have unlawfully not paid out stay away

People don't gamble here i had a 300 cash out hit cash out app went to maintenance asoon as they goal was scored app didn't work for 10 mins logged back in to find cashout gone and another goal scored scamming wankers

No rtp, just all take no give, dogwater site my advice would be use a better site as this one is a scam 💩

They will opt you in to promotions you didn't ask that will make your bets ineligible to Cashout, once you ask your bet to be voided (hours before match) they refuse and say it's because of the promotion (to which you didn't even opt in) then you raise a complaint - and suddenly your account is closed, wins not paid promotion impossible to use and complaints ignored

Won £400 and they disabled my account stating they could do so at any time without a reason. Joke of a company.

£75 later! I recieved an email saying I was no longer eligible for the free games / promotions. When I contacted them to ask why, they completely parred me off, and I was met by attitude from Daniel C & Marian. Wouldn't give me any explanation, just said it was trading review. If you didn't know, they've vended my data from their free game without my knowledge, and now they can't get anything else from me they've cut me off. Never win on this site it just takes your money and you see nothing from it. Not even on the free games, and they were still insistent I 'Wasn't allowed' and couldn't give any explanation as why. I've since closed my account because I'm not spending my money with a company that couldn't care less about their customers. NO EXPLANATION ; NO CUSTOM. I'm in my right mind to take this to trading standards, because I'm sure its illegal to use my data without my consent and use it for 'research purposes' ? Not to mention, when I asked them to close my account & delete my data, they've said they will keep it for 5 years. In short, they've used me as a guinea pig, happily taken £75 and paid out peanuts, and now told me I'm 'ineligible for promotions'. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!

Until today, I thought this was a very mediocre site with horrendous bet builders and not very user friendly.

After today, I’m convinced it’s worse than mediocre. I collected a golden egg on every day for a free game, you can use them on the 31st of each month for free prizes. I picked 31 golden eggs today and won 1 spin. ONE spin for a months worth of collecting eggs. It is honestly laughable.

The RTPs on the slots are horrendous. Have never had a big win off this site.

Recently opened a Livescore bet account, this was the only operator that didn't ask for ID and I was able to use my mother's debit card and they didn't check... Alot of other operators asked for photos but Livescore let me carry on. Great odds and minimal KYC checks handy if your over 18 but not so good if your under 18 however thanks Livescore

Literally the worst site I have ever used. There are no wins on any slots. complete scam.
Its actually been so bad I'm going to use flashscore from now on for sports results.

ACCOUNT DELETED - SCUM

I bet on US open total games numbers for a match, however, they mis-marking my bet was lost while the game was still going on, which made me couldn’t cash out anymore, what I want was to cash out at that time, I discovered my bet was mis-settled, then message them at once, however, they replied me in nearly 30mins after, saying that the admitted the mistake and will open the bet again soon. Finally the match finished, and unfortunately my bet had lost and I could not get back a penny.

How come they need client to pay for their company’s mistake?

This company are a complete and utter scam, every winning bet I have had they void 1 minute before the game finishes, I’ve had the same type of bet multiple times, every loser they settle as a loser, every winner they settle as void. Every time you try to discuss on live chat they close the chat, they are complete and utter scammers, the worst company that I have every used do not waste your money with them

Terrible service and faulty website resulting in loosing bets due to on site errors, I emailed recently about a discrepancy and stated that I don't wanalt an ammendment on the account but that I would like them to fix the onsite errors to protect other customers.
There response was brushing my concerns off and leaving a poor experience

The daily games used to be great but the past few months they have been awful. The end of month game is even worse! Can't tell me it's just chance this has happened when there's alot of other reviews stating the same.

Since I can't reply to the response I'm updating this.

It's not really a chance is it when your daily games have been harder to win on alongside the monthly one.

Update 10/10/25 Still the same. Played the daily game every day all month and just won zero spins. What's the point?

Edit to say just done my monthly fre game, didn't miss a daily free game all month so 30 chances in total, not even one single free spin. It never used to be like that, I used to get decent free spins. As I've previously said it's not just me in these reviews that have noticed this.

I"m so pleased I only deposited £20, played & won on slots then won again took it up to £120. The main problem I have is you just NEVER seem to get the bonus free spins & the very few times I have the amount of empty spins are seriously bad, 12 free spins & 10 are empty spins!!!! Played this morning, £60 plus winnings over £100 played & NOT one free spin, plenty of 3 symbols but of course you need 4 , now if i was playing £1 or £2 games you"d think well unlucky but I play 20p , thats over 500 spins & not 1 bonus spin..... Tell"s me all I need to know will I deposit it again... Very unlikely.
