Ordered a coat for my wife

Ordered a coat for my wife , when it eventually came , the coat was badly made of cheap material it felt more like a dressing gown . The stitching was terrible so now trying to send it back and they want me to pay for returns , even though it says in their own returns policy that it's at no cost to me . They have tried to give me a 20% refund to keep the rag . Why would I want to keep something that my wife would never wear ? I'd avoid this company at all cost

Scammers

I believe these to be a nefarious seller. I ordered a jumper - looked beautiful - wasn’t cheap - came and smelled terrible and was plasticy rough type yarn. Couldn’t wear it.
Immediately contacted them for returns process , I was ignored, no response - went back to webpage I ordered from and it flagged up as a scam trying to steal your financial details. I would advise against using
