I ordered a sofa from Living Zone based on the product description and images, which clearly showed a light beige color. However, what I received was a completely different greyish tone that does not match the advertised pictures or the fabric swatch provided on the product page.
Out of more than 15 product photos, all consistently show a much lighter shade than what I received. Only in two minor product videos is the actual darker color vaguely visible, and even then, it’s not representative of the final product.
When I contacted customer service, I received a generic response referring to the disclaimer “images may differ.” However, this phrase is hidden in expandable text and does not justify such a significant deviation in appearance. I also provided clear photo comparisons and even got multiple third-party opinions confirming that the delivered product doesn’t match what was advertised.
Unfortunately, Living Zone refused to acknowledge this as a valid complaint and offered no compensation or reasonable solution.
I’m disappointed by the misleading product presentation and the poor handling of my concern. Would not recommend if you expect accurate product information and reliable support.
Regarding Living Zone’s reply: I have sent several emails so far, but they haven’t led to anything. I didn’t respond for two days and replied to their email yesterday.
