LIVINGBRIDGE WHO OWN LOVE HOLIDAYS NEED TO BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR BAD PRACTISE

Livingbridge, who own Love Holidays, need to stop hiding behind their employees and stop them carrying out bad practises on their behalf.
I made a late booking with Love Holidays, part of the process was ‘searching for transfers’ so I obviously expected transfers to be included. As soon as I received the booking confirmation and saw no mention of transfers I tried to speak to someone at Love Holidays straightaway. It’s almost impossible to get through to a human - their Sandy bot is worse than any doctor’s receptionist (no offence intended!).
Eventually I got to speak to someone who said transfers should have been included but as mine was a late booking there was no time to arrange this. I have therefore been landed with an additional €220 in transfers.
My transfer was from Olbia Airports to La Maddalena and I would never have booked without believing transfers were included. Disgusting!
I am so insensed I am going to report to BBC’s Watchdog programme when I get home and ask them to investigate so other innocent people do not get lumbered with an additional 50% of the price of the holiday for transfers.
