Liwisi's team is helpful and approachable. I ordered a dress which doesn't fit me to the size. I requested for the exchange. However, they are so nice to provide me a credit code for my next purchase without needing me to return or exchange the dress. I love their fashion design. I have bought a few items from their shop. The price is reasonable and worth buying. Highly recommended shop.

The customer service is incredible. Very friendly and courteous, with quick responses. The sweater I ordered was pretty and of great quality, it is just a little too small/tight, but they told me I could keep it, while receiving a partial refund and a discount on my next order. How impressive! I would only request that they get some larger sizes for us girls in the USA. You guys sell beautiful, feminine conservative clothes that I love!
