Best of the Best

Best of the Best. One man shop, but Len is old fashion "all you need is a handshake" guy.
6:30am, I tried to boot-up my laptop, but even though I had used it the prior day, it would not start.
I called LJE at 8:25 and got his voicemail. He returned the call by 8:35. Since I was in the area, he said I should bring my laptop to him. By 9:00 we had discussed the sequence of events and he made a preliminary "it's probably this" diagnosis. He quoted $50 if he fixed it; no charge if he couldn't. He said he'd start right away and that it should be about 2 hours.
He called me about 11:15 to let me know it was working. When I picked it up, he demonstrated that it was working, explained what he had to do (more than his preliminary diagnosis) and gave me a hand written, step-by-step repair process. And he stuck to the $50 quote.
Friendly, honest, and qualified.
