I don't know that u don't have your quality control or some check the product before send out to the customer or not but this way should be happen at all. Cuz I order 5 perfume and one of that it's been open and used already. U might ask why don't I send it back, cuz I don't want to wait any more send back to u I have to pay for shipping and take time like u send the product to me it's reach a month or even if I like to ask my money back it's gonna take even longer. I will learn from this lesson and never used this website again and tell all my friend what happen to me. I order my perfume from perfume menia so many time not even once that they make take will rather pay a bit more with perfumenia than useing your web.
