I used this website 3 years ago to file my LLC after a lawyer wanted $1000 to file it for me. I had no idea what to do or how to do it and I couldnt find a website that explained it all as well as this one did. It was extremely informational to me and I believe it was very accurate for Virginia filing. I see the other bad review on here and I honestly dont understand that because this site was truly pivotal for me to file myself. I have recommended it several times and would recommend it again.

The information displayed is very very questionable and no thought are actual research goes into creation of information. Sadly Mis-information creates more harm than good. Also the site owner only allows real questions and positive reviews to be posted and not if someone points actual holes in the sites' information. I posted information which was conflicting the site information but is advised by lawyers on other sites. But LLCuniversity will sadly not display that info. Not sure what the site is benefiting by spreading lies.
