Zero stars – an absolute disgrace of a company
This is without doubt one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. The workmanship is shockingly poor, massively overpriced, and carried out by staff who are clearly not competent or properly qualified. The entire operation is a mess.
Management and office staff are utterly incapable of doing their jobs, show no accountability, and have complete disregard for customers, employees, and basic professional standards. Communication is appalling and issues are ignored rather than resolved.
Health & Safety breaches appear to be routine, which is extremely concerning and potentially dangerous. The fact this company is owned by Morris & Spottiswood only reflects badly on them as well — if this is the level of work and management they accept, their standards must be equally poor.
Avoid this company at all costs. Save yourself the stress, wasted money, and risk.
