Jamie McKee at LLHI scammed me of £2k

LLHI Same experience as other reviews. They took my money and when they came to do the job they said that my house was not suitable for that type of insulation. Even though someone came out and drilled into the wall and used a camera. He showed me the footage and moved the camera as I looked. It was all a scam. To add insult to injury they tried to dump loads of rubbish on my drive, luckily I had a visitor and they blocked them in so I insisted they remove their own rubbish. They are a group of con artists. After promise after promise of a refund that never delivered, I drove to their offices, Unit 42 Kirklees industrial Estate, Cale Lane, Wigan which is listed on their invoice. There is no such unit. After searching to no avail, I went to the main offices that run the site and they confirmed that there is a gypsy compound at the back which is probably where they are based. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Steven McKee is the name on Companies house. I spoke to him on 07940 080726, he was civil however said that he had passed the business onto his son Jamie and he would pass along the message. It's been another 10 months and still no refund. Jamie McKee at Lead Leaders Home Improvements is a scammer AVOID.

Avoid at all costs

I did not even want to award one star. I have waited for my refund of 3,700 for over four months now. Jamie does not answer his phone or text. Each time I phone the office or email I get the same response problems with Accounts as soon as this is rectified the money will be back in your bank. Looking at other reviews it's the same email response probably just copied and pasted over again. How do these people sleep at night. Avoid at all costs. I have had to retire from work as a nurse due to ill health and need my money back I have begged for it to no avail.
