They said they could help me with my case (maybe just to make me pay their membership) and when the lawyer (I don't even know if she is a lawyer) took the case, she didn't help at all. Nanette was the person who took my case, since the first moment and apparently without even checking the information she was on the landlord side (which was completely different from what I was told when I called them for help). Then she wanted to close the case without even having all the information, she lied on her emails saying the landlord sent her everything she asked for, but when I ask for what the landlord sent, it didn't match with what she told me. Of course, I called her out for her unprofessional behavior and she just got mad and told me she won't do anything else and that my case will be close. I also talk with someone called Alexander who refuse to tell me his full name and he agreed that Nanette emails where inconsistence and with lies, but I still was denied to talk with her supervisor and instead I just got a very rude answer from Nanette. No respect for their customers!!!
THIS IS JUST A SCAM TO MAKE YOU PAY THEIR MEMBERSHIP AND THEN SIDE WITH THE LANDLORDS.
