I was very nervous prior to having Cellulaze treatment, as I had not had cosmetic surgery before. However, I needn’t have worried: the staff at LMA were very welcoming, and Dr Ayoubi himself could not have been more warm and friendly. He was also extremely thorough in the initial consultation, going into great detail about the science behind the procedure and making sure that I understood exactly what would be happening. I am now a couple of weeks post-procedure and absolutely thrilled with the results. My expectations were not high because my cellulite was severe and I wondered if perhaps it was too far gone to be improved much, but I can see a huge difference in its appearance and, best of all, I know that it will improve with time! My overall silhouette is more streamlined, yet natural-looking. Thank you, Dr Ayoubi: you have worked real magic!

Dr Ayoubi really knows how to enhance your face! I came in thinking I just need a lip filler, but after a careful consultation and analysing my goals, the solution was amazing - I got some filler in a different part my lower face that gave my lips a little lift and a subtle smile to my corners which translated to a more positive and welcoming expression. Even more, the lips looked fuller and nasolabial folds smoother. If you want a truly personal and subtle approach, this is the place.
The clinic is also in a beautiful location with a unique feel, where you get relaxed.

Avoid. This place has the weirdest vibe around money - they don't tell you prices and try to hide prices from you. They act offended when you ask or question the price of anything. I did a consultation and as I was booking my appointment and leaving (after the consultation w doctor - in which she quickly mumbled the price at the very end), the desk-person told me I had to buy their skincare products before I could book the appointment. I said I've done these kinds of skincare treatments many times before and don't need any new products at home (it's a facewash they make you buy for around a hundred pounds). The doctor then came out and confirmed I have to buy it before the appointment - I told them both it was weird they didn't mention that in my consultation when they went over costs. I then asked the doctor to confirm the final cost of my appointment and assure me that I don't need to purchase any additional products from them - she confirmed. The day I did my treatment, I went to pay and it was 100pounds more than I was told. I raised this issue, and the desk-person said it was because the moisturizer I needed was another 90 pounds. I asked 1) why she's charging me an extra hundred if it's 90 (she had already tried to quickly change the number on her side to match what she just quoted), and 2) that I don't want or need that moisturizer and was told last time I can use the products I have at home. The doctor came out again and insisted I had to buy the product. SUPER SKETCHY AND WEIRD VIBES. Weird because I've paid more at other clinics and haven't minded, and also was willing to spend money for multiple treatments here, but the fact that these people are so weird about money and try to haggle and finesse you over like you won't notice, lie to you, etc. I won't be surprised if this place ends up on one of these "actually a scam" netflix shows soon.

I recently had Genefill filler for my hip dips by Dr Ayoubi and I cannot be happier with the results. Hip dips were always a problem for me, but I never wanted a fat transfer or any form of bbl because I've heard horror stories about it and believe it's illegal in the UK. Upon searching for Genefill fillers and reading great reviews, I discovered that Dr. Aboubi is the most skilled surgeon for this treatment. I had a recent treatment where he injected 100ml on each side, and I was amazed by the instant result. I just love it. I am optimistic that it will last for at least two years as I have been informed. If individuals are interested in this treatment, they must seek out a fully qualified surgeon to perform it. This is definitely not a beauty salon treatment.

I’ve had a few Botox treatments with Doctor Al Ayoubi over the years, I’ve always been happy with the results and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
The staff are always there to help you whenever you need them.

He is a cowboy. Do not use. He ruined my stomach, to the point I have sought help from a lawyer to hold him accountable. Lo and behold he has vanished from the face of the earth and will not reply to my lawyers or me. Do not use him.

I had 3 Lanluma treatments
I was told the results would be amazing and I will see a change. I saw no change at all. If anything at times I feel it is worse.
The more disappointing part is that I am trying to get hold of them to see the Doctor for further advice but they ignore my messages for couple of months.
They blocked me on what’s app.
I trusted them at the start and got the impression that I am in good hands and that they are professional, but unfortunately I was wrong.

Very bad experience, I spent a lot of money and I had ZERO results! At the beginning he spent 15 minutes telling me wonders about non surgical treatments …after procedure he told me to hold on tight and to wait for the miraculous results.. returned to his practice I complained to Dr Ayham and he told me that I needed to spend even more money to have a face lift …unbelievable! The team of assistants were very nice though
