LMC Truck is unwilling to correct issues that are brought to them. I purchase seat belts for my 1954 F100. They are selling a one size fits all belt, when in fact not every vehicle needs the same size. But the real issue is there are 2 different mounting holes, one is 1/2” and the other is 9/16” but the bolt provided is only 7/16”. Their response to me was their stock was the same and they were unwilling to go back to the manufacturer for corrections. So I guess if anyone else wants to order a seat belts, you’ll see the same issue since they will still sell them.

I have been a long time customer of LMC Truck. Parts can be a bit inconsistant from time to time. I have spent thoasands of dollars with LMC. The last straw was i purchased offset washers for my truck bed. the sent me the wrong part as i tried to get a refund asking for LMC to send me a call tag because they sent a part that was not compatable. i was told i had to pay shipping to send the item back. On to find a new vendor.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. My order was lost in transit, it took over 15 business days for LMC to refund my money, (they told me it would be 10 business days), anyway, this is what really makes me mad. They charged me for shipping! When my package was lost in transit, how crazy is that lol. Thanks to LMC TRUCK and the ignorance of usps (which should absolutely NOT be my fault) I lost $40 out of this transaction. This company has gone down hill.

I like the products i have got from them but they over charge for shipping
LMC has cheap Chinese parts and customer service has no desire to satisfy customers. They say they care but that’s about as far as it goes.
After writing this review LCM promptly took care of my issue. I wish it didn’t take a bad review to get results but I appreciate their efforts to make things write. Gives me faith in their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Avoid this lousy company they do nothing but lie, they hold your item for weeks before shipping and the lie and blame it on usps!!!

Cheap hub caps for 89 silverado. fell off the first day.
All the hub caps are loose. The originals could be used over and over again. These are cheap plastic knock offs rattle badly and fall off at the slightest touch. I would have glued them on if I had known but now missing two on first day. I have spent over $1600 buying interior parts for my Silverado from LMC and found most of them sub-par.

I have been trying to get a catalog for months they say they sent them but I never receive
The precision weather stripping doesn't fit right then they gave me the run around about a refund I wouldn't recommend buying a key chain from them I sure won't
i ordered a rollpan for my 2003 s10 with fleetside bed part number 29-9633 the end of october to get the 13% halloween discount. it arrived on 11/3/2025 in excellent shape with zero damages. i installed it onto my truck and it fits great . very pleased with this transaction.
Website and agent I spoke to confidently gave me a delivery date before I placed my order. They took my money and after the delivery date pasted I was told the product didnt even ship yet. No tracking number. No information. They said they couldn't give me a delivery date...yet they confirmed on before taking my money.
Disrespectful and useless customer service. It was a big mistake doing business with these fraudsters.
I ordered a pair of cab corners for a 1949 Chevy 3100. They don’t even come close to fitting right. An absolute waste of money. I’ll never buy products from this company again.

After waiting a little over two years for my order they remove the part I needed.
I inquired about obscure parts for a model vehicle they sell parts for, albeit a less common one. The response was a joke: they claimed they are “not licensed mechanics or technicians” and therefore couldn’t help locate part numbers or make suggestions based on their experience.
So what does that tell you? That the company has no experience with, or desire to assist, in their stated mission of “Keeping Generations on the Road.” No guidance, no forwarding to someone who actually handles legacy parts, just a generic dismissal.
It felt like the email was sent just before closing time to get it off their plate. For a parts supplier claiming to support older models, this is unacceptable. If you’re looking for actual help sourcing hard to find parts, don’t expect it here, they clearly don’t care.
Terrible Customer Service. I had to do their job for them. Shipping delays of over a week. Won't be buying anything else from them.
Nice try on the response. I had to send proof of the obvious reversal because CS can't do the job. Then, I was told the matter was cleared up and it still took a week to ship my order. I'm not holding my breath waiting for it to show up. Maybe less than a month this time? (11/6).

This used to be a good company. Now, they seem to play got ya games with timing of their discount promotions. Offer a veterans discount applies to little, if any, of their products. I'll use Real Truck for future purchases. Boo hiss on LMC Truck.
I agree with previous reviews that body panels and parts don't fit. I have purchased front fenders and both box side panels for my 84 squarebody. The front fender body lines don't even come close to matching original. Where the door post meets the fender the curve is at least 3/4" of an inch off on the passenger side and the line on the driver's side is almost opposite of what it should be. The fenders are the best fitting parts I have purchased. The box sides are worse. I bought the driver's side about a year ago. It sat around in the box until a couple of months ago when I finally got around to fixing the box. The passenger bedside was purchased a month or two ago. So, I started with light sanding and to repair a couple of of small dings in the panels. Not a huge deal as it was minor and easy to fix. I sprayed a couple of coats of epoxy primer and went to attach them to the box. Initially, the drivers side didn't fit the floor and some holes needed to be enlarged. Got it bolted on and went to the other side. It bolted on OK except for the wheel we'll holes needed to be enlarged. Tried to install the tail lights and they wouldn’t seat in the holes. Ended up bending and reshaping the inner housing on the passenger side and had to cut out parts of the housing on the drivers side. They still don't fit well but are workable. When I tried to fit my tailgate the real trouble started. Drivers side had a gap of 3/4" at the top and rubbed at the bottom. I have removed the panel twice and enlarged bolt holes and I made a little progress but not much. Also, when the tailgate is closed and seated against the box without the rubber stops on it the tailgate sticks out about 3/16" from the box side. It also sits to low where it attaches to the floor. The tailgate sits higher than the bedside. Not enough room to make those holes any larger Conclusion... the box side is to short and it can't be manipulated any further. I have had most of the same issues others have had. Slow shipping, wrong quantities, wrong part altogether. Those were not deal breakers but the body parts problem seals the deal. I'm not sure what I can do now besides warn others. Buyer beware!
Update;
One day after this review I received a call from Michael at LMC truck. He asked a few questions and offered to send me a replacement driver's side bed panel. They had switched suppliers since my order and thought the new panel might work better for me He asked me to send some pictures of the issues I had. I did send the pictures but I was a little slow and the new bedside arrived before I even sent the pictures. The replacement panel fits much better. I still had to make some of the bolt holes larger , especially around the wheel wells. That being said, the problems I encountered with the new bedside were fairly easy to overcome and I am much happier with the replacement. Honestly, I don't know of many auto parts companies who would provide this kind of customer service. I should add that most of the interactions I have had with LMC customer service have been good, Don't ask any technical questions and you'll be good. Most of the online suppliers you can't even talk to a live person. You get a single email basically saying sorry, you're SOL. I'm raising the rating for LMC to a 4 because this was a big deal for me but the other issues, especially the slow shipping, persist.

I know I accepted it when it shipped. I do not have time to open every box that comes in to check for damage. I buy from LMC truck because they actually pack very well. Usually I get a pristine piece of door or fender.
Long story short I finally opened up my passenger side door for my 97 Chevy Silverado could not believe that I’m looking at a door with damage one dent and ripples near the front hinge CIRCLED with WHITE MARKER !!! You actually boxed up a door that you marked damaged? Never in my life have I seen that before and never will I get another door or fender from LMC! We’ll see if they do anything about how long it took me to open it. Point is I trusted you

Ordered set of bucket seats from LMC and they charged my card immediately then sent email about order so I called only to be informed that in order to ship the seats they needed a copy of Drivers licenses, copy of credit card statement and other information. Now keep in mind they had already charged my card. I have never had any problems with any other business and I have purchased many large items. (Engines, rear ends, front ends, vintage air are just some of the list). This is one company I will stay clear of buying from in the future.

I called this morning and the lady i spoke with was very rude. I was trying to buy over $600.00 worth of parts and her customer service skills were terrible. I guess LMC has plenty of money. Ill take my money some where else.
