I have always been satisfied with the store and have been shopping here for several years. All my previous orders have always been shipped from Italian warehouses within the EU. However, the last two were shipped from GB, which the customer does not know when ordering. However, I would appreciate it if the customer knew when ordering where the goods will be shipped from, as in the case of a return of goods, customs costs, duties are deducted from the amount returned to the customer from the EU, which is quite a significant amount for more expensive items. Otherwise, satisfaction.

I am disappointed with my recent purchase experience due to a significant delay in delivery, even though I paid extra for express shipping.
I expected my order to arrive within the promised timeframe, but this was not the case. If express delivery is offered at an additional cost, it should be honored, or at the very least, any delays should be clearly communicated in advance.
The lack of timely updates regarding the status of my shipment only added to my frustration. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve your delivery service to maintain customer trust.

Item was exactly what I wanted and delivered quickly.
Out of stock but available for purchase for months
An item in the online store was supposedly available for purchase so it was ordered (at a nice discount). The order though was never shipped and cancelled after 14 days (!) following multiple inquiries finally indicating it was out of stock. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift so after all a great disappointment
2 months later the item was still available online (still discounted) so I ordered it again, order got cancelled 3 days later indicating out of stock.
One month later, same story though the cancellation took a few days more.
The 2 weeks ago, same story again.
Checking the site today still shows the item, at its original price…
It all seems sketchy and customer care is horrible so I would not advise anyone to use this site.

2800€ gone, no refund and no item

This item was a one-off piece, and after my return it was even listed for sale again by LN-CC.
Very disappointing experience with LN-CC.
I returned an item and initially made a mistake by sending the wrong product. However, this was corrected immediately. After the incorrect item was sent back to me (tracking number: 1Z02W93E9199356048, delivered on 18 February), I immediately returned the correct original item, which was delivered to LN-CC on 19 February (tracking number: 1Z02W93E0492998156).
Despite this, LN-CC has refused both a refund and the return of my item. This means I am left with neither my money nor my property.
I have still not received any refund since 19 February.
I also had to wait several weeks for their “investigation,” only to receive a final decision without any clear explanation of the alleged discrepancy.
I even offered to cover the return shipping cost and provide a return label so the correct item could be sent back to me, but this has not been addressed. Keeping both the item and the payment is not acceptable.
Additionally, I was asked to provide a photo of my ID, and it was implied that my case would not be reviewed otherwise. I find this concerning and question whether this is appropriate
If this issue is not resolved properly, I will make sure to document and share this experience in detail in my reviews

I would stay away from this webshop. I’m sure they also get it right, but if they get it wrong, you’re royally screwed.
- Got delivered a completely different item than I ordered.
- They used a transporter that doesn’t even have drop off points in Amsterdam, so it was a complete pain to even get the package back to Italy.
- Upon return my package has been laying there for over six weeks.
- They guy from the chat help kept waving me off.
- After the third time I reached out, they finally refunded me, however…
- They refunded me €10’s too little. Apparently part of their return service, but completely uncalled for, because they were the ones sending me the wrong item in the first place.
- Mean while, the item I wanted to buy is now sold out everywhere.
I would stay away. It’s not worth the hassle when it goes wrong. You gotta have better options/ alternatives than this.

Pricing changes are intransparent and abrupt. Customer service provides inconsistent and sometimes contradictory information but is overall responsive. The selection of items is excellent.

LN-CC approved the refund.
The order (LN-EU-01632743) was placed back on 10 June 2025.
LN-CC says their website cannot process the refund.
Seven months later — nothing.
Customer service ignores messages.
This is not acceptable under EU consumer rights.
Think twice before shopping at LN-CC.
