Quick and efficient moving, unloading, and assembly!

They were prompt on time and explained all the fees before doing anything that would require fees.

From the begining the crew was invested in getting my needs met. They packed everything quickly but with care I had about 30 painting with glass frames all got to my destination unharmed. I'm so pleased I didn't judge them based on negative reviews, they were great. I don't particularly like having to pay in cash or money order but it's their cominay not mine.

Alex and Tony delivered my belongings as expected. Good service.

Great experience with Kai and his team getting all my stuff from both an apartment and a very full storage unit. And they worked with my schedule and were very communicative!

Coastal Moving Service booked our move and then handed it off to Loadrans. Once our belongings were already picked up, Loadrans suddenly claimed their oversized truck couldn’t fit on our San Francisco street and demanded $800 extra to unload.

They had our address the entire time and even admitted their truck doesn’t fit on most SF streets. This “problem” only appeared after they had our items.

They refused credit cards and pushed for cash/Zelle only. It escalated to the point where we had to call the police just to get our property released.

Predatory, dishonest, and incredibly stressful. Avoid both companies at all costs.

Alexi and Julio did a great job in the loadout of our belongs. They took time to explain their process to me, and to answer my questions. I would be happy to have them work on all my future moving requirements.

Complete extortion. They held our items hostage with a surprise $700 charge because “truck doesn’t fit” even though they had the address in SF for days. They only except cash for this extra charge because they know people will dispute it. Do not use this company!!!

Giovanni and Aman were the best part of the experience. Giovanni was extremely patient in handling price changes and complications of working with a 3rd party scheduler. They meticulously wrapped our items and did a great job getting everything on the truck.

Giovanni and Sergio were very professional, friendly, and efficient.

Terrible. They uncharged us in the beginning and then they called us to inform us they were loading the truck and would be at our place in 5-7 days. We called back at this time and were told they had not yet loaded the truck and would not be for another week. It’s almost a month later and we still don’t have our stuff. We have tried asking to speak to management OVER 10 TIMES and have been refuse or given excuses that they are in meetings. We have been told they’d call us back and they never have. When we finally got transfer to management it was a deadline. Now they say they are close but need $400 extra because their truck won’t fit on our street. At this point we have been up charged over $1k. This business needs to be investigated and we will be filing complaints wherever we can to ensure they do.

Dennis and Alexis were terrific. Flexible and professional. They showed up on time and got our household delivered on time.
