Got a loan from them for a thousand a year ago and it went smooth. Paid it off, never missed an ontime payment. My car broke down and need to get it fixed. They offered me a loan for 2200 2 weeks ago because I was a good customer. Applied for a loan today over the phone becausethe transmission in my car is going out and the estimate for repairs is1500. Suddenly I need to have 3000 in collateral for 1800. I guess being a good customer who was never late isn't good enough anymore. Avoid like the plague

World has been my go to in tough situations they've always had my back. this time around I'm highly disappointed on there services. they have people in the office who doesn't know how to complete the assignments or do the task. I was told to call back tomorrow when someone else there could help me.

Aneicia was so very helpful to me & David when we went in to pay our payment. We are originally from Missouri & she welcomed us like we were her own! It took us just a few minutes to fix our issues of not being from SC but she made the transition smoothe for us! Thank you Aneicia from Beaufort SC for being so kind to us! Im not one to leave reviews but I just had to on Deborah out of the Kingsport TN office. She was an absolute sweetheart! She was so kind and friendly and made it very comfortable for me to talk to. I have to say if I ever need a loan again I will be going to World Finance. So, if you ever need some friendly service look up Deborah Walden ..... She's amazing!!

I have been a world finance customer for decades now, paid off my last loan some time back. Finding myself in need of some financial assistance , Belinda at Hartsville sc world finance came to my mind. This young lady has ALWAYS BEEN SO COURTEOUS KIND AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HER JOB! She makes me feel a valued customer and is so personable each and every time I have needed help!! This time , today 8-24-26 was such a blessing!! I had the option of going to the office or applying for a loan via my phone!!🙏❤️! This has been a great and wonderful experience this morning!! I hope and pray , World Finance has more employees as kind and compassionate as Belinda in the Hartsville S.C. Office! Thank you !! I was very surprised how easy they made it i was qualified and they got back to me in a couple hours Dena Pastorius made you very comfortable and explained exactly what i needed to bring very good at her job i was in and out within an hour reated better than my own bank i will always use them for further loans thank you dena excellant experiance i will be back!!! $
