Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people expressed dissatisfaction with the high prices, finding them unaffordable and noting concerns about certain pricing practices. Customers also frequently reported issues with product quality, citing mold on items, old and flavorless fruit, and products that did not meet expectations. The staff and customer service were also a major source of frustration, with many experiencing unhelpful, rude, or unprofessional interactions. However, some customers also noted that they were generally pleased with their purchases, particularly regarding fresh vegetables, bakery items, and marinated fish or chicken. A few other people also felt that the company makes it easy to cook and appreciated collecting stickers for glasses.

The Westons and their RCSS will literally reach in your pocket and steal from you!

I recently returned an item that was sold to me and didn't function properly. A blood pressure machine. I had it test by the hospital since I am there every week for a medical treatment. It clearly didn't work. I returned it. Loblaw made me take a gift card; fine. They then took away PC Optimum points associated with other items on the same receipt. I did not receive one point for the blood pressure machine. But they took away the points from the items on the rest of the bill. The same as if they had reached in my wallet and stolen $10. It's disgusting. May the Westons enjoy the ten dollars they stole - add it to their empire. Don't buy from Real Canadian Superstore or Holt Renfrew or their other companies. They have no interest in fairness or decency.

The Shoppers Drugmart on Lakeshore Rd

The Shoppers Drugmart on Lakeshore Rd. in Kelowna is so dirty! I use to like shopping there but now I am not wanting to go in there. Why are they letting this store get so run down and dirty?

Do not buy electronics from Loblaws

Do not buy electronics from Loblaws. As I found out the hard way, some of their products are not imported by authorized distributors and, as a result, they are being sold without warranty. They certainly don't point this out. They are a grocery company and should stick to what they know best. This should be investigated by government agencies considering the size and national scope of the company.

We just came back from the Loblaws…

We just came back from the Loblaws located in Glen Erin and Eglinton, Monday 13th, 7:00 PM, we run across two people, a woman and a young man, neither one of them were wearing a mask, they cross the whole store and nobody there said anything to them, not even the cashier, it is very hard to understand the reason why the store relax its policies of prevention when the number of cases is increasing in a daily basis.
It is a real shame specially now that we have to give the vaccines to our children and grandchildren that this company tolerate this behaviour.
