Total scam
Total scam. They promise a full refund if you don’t receive x amount of leads but then flat out deny it when they don’t perform. Not to mention the leads that I did receive didn’t even know why I was contacting them or instantly unsubscribed from communications. No part of this company is legitimate.
Beware
Beware! I was watching a very good sales video on Facebook or somewhere online and I found it again and it wasn’t Local Real estate Leads.net at first and then it switched to Local Real estate Leads so I saved the pages of the ad. I entered my information. They called me. I got suckered in. I paid them, I couldn’t find them for almost 2 months in right at the end of the program they called me and they wanted to go over it again and charge me again. I told them that I had put a block on the credit card and that I told my credit card that they were scams but since they called me, I guess they were real company, but they just don’t perform. They don’t do anything for you. They do take your money, however.
If I could
If I could, I would give zero stars. They promise a pipeline of ready to buy or sell leads and deliver nothing. Yet they still charge you an outrageous amount every month. Trying to cancel is like pulling teeth. Would highly recommend to stay away from them!
Deception
Deception. They tell you one thing and then its another . Lead count down by 99% from the original plan . They tell you leads come in and they vet them and then I get them when ready to sell, they dont vet and I have to call all of them.. I canceled and they still billed me. Worst lead source ever. steve Remax
This company does not give you true…
This company does not give you true leads. Even if they call them leads the are just prospects at best. Then they get put on a drip campaign that gets no response. Used it for 2 months and never talked to on true lead. Just a waste of money and time.
This company uses fictitious real…
This company uses fictitious real estate agents on Facebook and on their website to promote their lead system. If you click on the agent profile it shows it does not exist. If you visit their website testimonials the last names are blurred, to prevent you from looking up the person giving the testimonial. The host, Rachel Reilly is a paid TV personality, so I would take a guess and assume the persons giving the testimony are paid. The program advertises a $97/month lead system, but it's a bait and switch because the $97/month doesn't provide any immediate leads, but neither does the upgraded program. They use your phone number to send text messages to propsect in a spam campaign until the prospect responds which is usually to request the text be stopped. That's why it's a long term program. In the meantime your reputation might have been put at risk because all these prospect are being spammed. It's a waste of time and money and they need to cease using fake profiles. It's a deceptive business tactic.
If I could give 0 stars I would
If I could give 0 stars I would. 3 months, 0 leads. Everything they tell you is a lie. I wish I knew of this site before I wasted my money. If you are considering it, DON’T!!!!!
IF I COULD CHOOSE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. YOU'D BE THROWING IT AWAY. Terrible leads. Their excuse every time, "Well, these are internet leads." It's a scam. Don't do it!!
It's a bait & switch
It's a bait & switch. Don't waste your time or money

They steal your money and don't give what they promise.
Predatory
Predatory. I filed a report with the BBB and am going to get a termination of services/cease and desist from a lawyer. Do not contract with them.
One of the worst real estate lead companies
One of the worst real estate lead companies out there. Do not sign up with them. They make it difficult to cancel, don't respond to emails and you do not receive any type of communcation in leads for four months. Waste of money! They over promise and under deliver.
Signed up for leads
Signed up for leads, waited 40 min for a zoom onboarding call, they never answered the zoom call then said I never showed up for the call and want to charge me $97 cancelation fee. Would not respond to my emails or texts. There is no phone number direct. Total SCAM.
Total scam
Total scam, they over promise and deliver nothing. then they show you some acted videos reviews that i now know are fake. If i had searchd for reviews here i would have never hired them. 0 leads. I will definitely escalate this, robing people by reception is not ok.
Complete Scam
I would give 0 stars! Charged me $97 for just reviewing the demo! Tried to cancel immediately with no avail. NEVER received any confirmation of leads. Complete Scam...
This has been the worst company I’ve…
This has been the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I strongly advise others to think twice before signing up.
The leads provided were consistently poor quality, and I received little to no customer support when trying to resolve issues. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
I would not recommend this service.
Do Not Go with This Company
Do Not Go with This Company! There's a reason they have such poor ratings. I cancelled right away with them and was supposed to get my initial fee refunded(They emailed me that the refund was being processed) not only they never refunded me they continued to bill me monthly after number of going back and forth I had to file dispute with my credit card company. This is not how a legit business operates
⚠️ WARNING TO ALL REALTORS
⚠️ WARNING TO ALL REALTORS — DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY ⚠️ I am a licensed real estate broker and I am writing this review to protect every agent and broker who comes across LocalRealEstateLeads.net. Owned by Lazy Cow Media, Kevin Pheley. This is not a negative review born from disappointment. This is a warning born from what I believe is predatory, deceptive, and potentially illegal business conduct. Here is exactly what happened: I was never able to reach a single human being by phone. Not once. Despite multiple attempts, nobody ever answered. All communication was conducted exclusively through harassing, repetitive text messages and emails — sometimes multiple times per day — that ignored every question and concern I raised. They did not address a single inquiry I made. Not one. Before I could even complete onboarding, they requested facial biometric data from me. When I realized what they were asking for, I immediately declined and requested an explanation. I was ignored. I told them clearly I did not wish to proceed with business. I was ignored again. I canceled before onboarding was complete and before any payment was processed. They attempted to process payment anyway. I was fortunate enough to stop it in time. They then threatened me — claiming I was bound to a contract. I never signed a contract. I never received a single lead. Not one. I was forced to change my business banking information and my driver's license number because this company's conduct was so suspicious and untrustworthy that I could not risk leaving that information exposed. Let that sink in. Their website deliberately obscures their company information. There is no functioning customer service — only automated or scripted texts and emails designed to extract payment while providing nothing in return. I have filed formal complaints with the California Attorney General, my home state Attorney General, and the Better Business Bureau. I intend to pursue every avenue available to me. Zero leads. Zero communication. Zero accountability. One hundred percent harassment. Do not give this company your name, your banking information, your license number, or your biometric data. RUN — do not walk — away from LocalRealEstateLeads.net. Buyer beware. You have been warned.
The worst company ever!
The worst company ever!! BEWARE! They are not truthful and I have yet to get one verifiable lead from this looser company! Total Scam!!!!!!! They don't have a non star I can give it! Stay away from this company, consider yourself warned!
Wow I just read the other reviews after…
Wow I just read the other reviews after getting off the phone with Stephanie for the onboarding call. It was an upsell and I told her that was pretty deceptive on their part. I thought I was paying $97 a month with leads coming monthly and then$497 at closing. Then she continued to lower the tiers on me. She started at $797 a month for 6-8 deals in 3months to $297, with 40 leads and a deal in 30-45 days?? Like why wouldn't you just advertise all that in the beginning? Oh and the $97 is just for GHL!!! Very deceptive call and business.
