We ordered two eurocylinder lock-cases, with thumb-turn cylinders, to be keyed alike. Order placed 19 March. Called the company on 25 March to see when they would be delivered, and said I really needed them by 28 March. Was told they would do their best as they had to be adjusted in their workshop. By 8 April still no sign of them so called again "they're in our workshop but we're waiting for one part to be sent". I called back later to say, ok, hold the cylinders which you need to key-alike, but send the lock-cases so we can install them. Only at that point was it apparent that they had not even ordered any part of our order and had lied to us earlier about them being in their workshop. Do not touch with a bargepole. We have cancelled our order and will go to a reputable company.

Had an issue with a lock barrel and so got back in touch and without any quibble, they sent out a replacement. Excellent service and thanks to Ella for the prompt communications (e-mail). Would definitely use Lockandkeyshop again.

ordered 2 pairs of keys for new doors, as they were a well known brand and i had the original keys i ordered by the key number. when they arrived one pair worked perfect but the other pair have been cut wrong when i emailed to try get resolved they did not reply. i phoned and as soon as i said i had a problem with some keys the line went dead - aftersales service is non existent i would not recommend this company
