feels like a scam
I bought 3 pairs (different size and model), found one that fits. Want to send the 2 that does not fit to me but i'm going in circle with customer service. After several emails, asking for pictures, offering 35% refund, 60% refund, but no adress to return my orders, they finally announce that there is currently no adress for return when the return policy states "To return a product, you must send it by mail. The address will be communicated to you by email."
I'm currently still trying to get an adress.
The product looks good, don't know if it will last over time, but the whole experience feels like a scam and forced sale.
