Onboarding has been good. We feel confident changes are being made to the account to actively improve it and so far at or under budget.

Communications is key. Logical Position has been easy for me to work with. My reps stayed on top of the project we are working with. I am happy with their service.

We've been having Logical Position provide Pay-Per-Click opportunities for over 10 years now through our BuyEagle.com website. Meagan McCoy has been our team member the entire time. Over the years, her team have brought amazing amounts of traffic, as well as qualified customers and grown our per sale by over 250% and cut PPC costs by more than 60%+. Meagan has met with us every month over the phone for these 10+ years and what a pleasure it has been. The only reason we are not working with PPC on our BuyEagle.com site, is that our website is like a well-oiled machine and Logical Position, along with our SEO vendor have helped bring us to a point where we don't need PPC at this point.

In the future, we have other websites and will be back with Logical Position. I hope this review finds other businesses who need that "jump start", bring down their PPC "costs" or even bring a much higher CTR % and sales, Logical Position is the real deal!

We do not trust Logical Position with our digital marketing needs because they do not answer the phone or provide useful customer service. Instead, you are funneled like sheep into a sales funnel and spat out the back end. No, thank you!

BEWARE OF LOGICAL POSITION. They changed our permissions without permission from our business. We have been locked out of our facebook with "basic permissions" and we can not do anything anymore. They were locked out as well due to adding too many people to the account. This is a NIGHTMARE. I can not change budget (yes our ads are still running and spending money), creative or do anything other than scream into thin air. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE GUYS. Massive warning. Should I also note we missed Black Friday and Christmas ads? Facebook support can not do anything. it has been months. MONTHS. I have been holding back on a poor review for so long as this is not my style but the people need to know. I hope I can save someone else from this. Good luck out there and I hope this finds you.

I signed a 3 month contract with Logical Positions for both paid ads (adwords) and also organic SEO. My revenue dropped by 75%. I was unable to get out of the contract before the 3 months were up and tried to make the best of it for the duration of the agreement. Prior to hiring LP, I'd been handling my own ads and SEO for 12 years. My brand and demographic are well established. My Logical Positions rep suggested I change my demo altogether when I pointed out how badly things were going. They also changed the settings in my google analytics which I'd already converted to G4 successfully. After their changes, conversions were no longer recording in analytics and they never fixed this, despite multiple requests. At the end of the contract, I canceled and they were so rude and unprofessional that the sales person who was my primary contact didn't even respond to my email to confirm receipt of the email. Nobody replied to my questions about housekeeping issues as we terminated the agreement. I'm giving them 2 stars only because the reps I worked with were kind and I do believe they tried to help. The issue is that they didn't have the experience or knowledge base to know what to do.

Best sales staff I’ve ever encountered. Non pushy, set clear expectations, delivered notes to ops team so we didn’t have to repeat ourselves. Month 1 was even with our prior results, month 2 slightly better, months 3 and 4 have been tracking towards records. So far so good, love the PPC / SEO and Email teams.

They don't have your best interests in mind. They mislead where I should start, just so I would spend more money with them. I've spent over a thousand dollars to get things done that have done nothing for my business and I could have done myself in 1 hour.

I am not an easy person to work with. I am incredibly picky and want things the way I want them. On top of that, I'm terrible to get a hold of, I don't follow through on my end and I forget what I've promised. Saying all that, Logical Position has made my life easier and we've seen our company's organic search results, as well as paid, increase profoundly with them. We used a local company for about a year and a half. I thought it was great until Logical Positions taught me the programs and I realized I was paying double for them to just use the program that allows google to run your ads for you. Basically, they did nothing and I paid too much. Plus they never would fully show me what was going and I could never get a hold of them.

Logical Position has been completely transparent and I have never had a hard time getting a hold of them. Plus, I trust they know what they are doing and because they have been so forthright in explaining how its all done, I can now not worry about being taken advantage.

Great customer service and awesome results. Plus, I kind of feel like I know what's going on now thanks to them. I would completely recommend them.

Cold calling sales first company. you become a paycheck to this large corporation. They also wont take you off their calls list and their sales team is so pushy.

Dont be fooled and dont sign a long term contract EVER with a marketing agency thats the quickest way to guarantee a marketing agency has you right where they want you.

If a marketing agency is really good and really cares about your results they will always be month to month and you can cancel at anytime without a penalty
