No product sent, no news, no answer ... until direct contact with a sales person

Ordered some hardware "in stock ship today" on April 07. Paid by card.

Once the order is placed it becomes : expedition in 72H
... and 7 days later : NOTHING , no tracking, no feedback, no answer to mail nor phone.
This is more a SCAM than a vendor.

after finding the direct email address of the sales person for my country and complaining I got the product delivered on April 16 and the tracking sent to me 5 days later !
