Absolutely the worst experience ever

Absolutely the worst experience ever. They have zero customer service skills, I just spoke with a guy on the phone who was literally yelling at me and didn’t let me talk. Absolutely do not recommend, they will treat you as they have made you a favor that you have booked through them. After yelling at me and not listening to what I was saying at all, I said to him that this is the worst experience ever and I will make sure to leave a negative review and HE JUST HUNG UP ON ME. Just like that! As a said zero customer service skills. THEY TREAT PEOPLE BAD, THIS IS SUCH A NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. Stay away if you don’t want to ruin your vacation!

Irresponsible Agency

I am writing to update my previous review regarding my ongoing issues with Logitravel. Despite their assurance on January 5th that the refund for my booking (reference: 987246239) was processed and awaiting bank clearance since December 22nd, my bank has no record of such a transaction. This discrepancy raises serious concerns about the reliability of the information provided by Logitravel.

Further exacerbating the issue, when we contact Logitravel by phone, the operators inform us they don't have access to transaction records and advise us to send an email. This loop of ineffective communication is extremely frustrating.

My attempts to reach out via email have been met with generic automated responses, offering no specific details or resolution timelines. The lack of direct and transparent communication from their end is not only frustrating but also unprofessional.

As of now, the promised refund remains unissued, leaving me in a state of financial uncertainty and dissatisfaction with Logitravel's service. This experience has significantly impacted my trust in the company, and I urge potential customers to be cautious when dealing with them.

I've checked with bank multiple times.
You can send me by email the proof and documents that the refund has been issued. Then I can show it to the bank. For now the bank has said multiple times that it's not the matter of delay, the problem is that no refund has beed issued on the merchants end.

I still haven't received the documents showing that you have executed the refund in my email. The fact that I have to communicate with you here on the Trustpilot website and you do not answer emails is beyond absurdity.

After reviewing your file, we have been able to verify that, due to an occasional malfunction in our internal system, the contracted tickets could not be issued. Unfortunately, the relevant department was not able to offer you an immediate alternative, so as soon as possible we asked you by telephone to book flights on your own so that we could check in detail what had happened. In any case, the refund of the amount paid for your booking was pending, as of 22/12, from the bank responsible for making the reimbursement. Please note that you should expect a response from your bank within the stipulated time. We are very sorry for any possible inconvenience and do not hesitate to contact us for anything you may need.

As we indicated in our previous reply, as of 22/12, we were waiting for the bank responsible to reimburse the corresponding amount. In any case, the department concerned has been able to confirm to us that on 08/01 the chargeback was firmly executed to us. You should bear in mind that the refund times are set by the banks, not by us, so we insist that you should ask your bank for a response. We are very sorry for the delay, totally beyond our control, but we can guarantee that, on our part, the chargeback has been accepted and has already been executed. We insist, once again, that you should contact your bank directly.

After transferring your query to the corresponding department, they have insisted that this is not a refund on our part, but a refund that depends on your bank. Please note that they are responsible for informing you of the status of the chargeback. We insist, once again, that you should contact them directly.

Language issue

We booked a cruise on MSC. It was confirmed and Logitravel sent me the eTicket in German. I asked you and MSC if it would be possible to have it in English as German is not our mother tongue and the eTicket contains very important information. MSC answered it was not a problem and that they were going to send it to Logitravel so they could send it to me. But Logitravel denies to send me this document saying that I booked in a German page so the eTicket has to be in German!!
It's such a simple thing, just send me the eTicket MSC sent to you!!
I can't imagine how can you act if the issue was more complicated :|

easy process, should show more information on the seating type while booking (bed type, door type, lift location).
Also other services like getränkpaket.
