Ideal logistics partner to launch a business!
Very nice to test an online business and outsource the logistics part.
Easier to scale afterwards when the proper infrastructure is already setup.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

The worst 3PL I've ever worked with.
They were named Logsta, now Quivo
Very very disorganized and always chasing you for ALREADY PAID invoices.
We pay all the invoices everytime but keep sending them again and asking again for that money.
They also billed us many times the subscription fees (almost on every bill, they send around 3 bills per month).
And the worst, it took us more than 3 weeks to get our stock out (it's not yet completed atm). We had to arrange ourselves the shipping as their prices were extremely high.
Talking about the prices, they are one of the most expensive 3PLs so it really cut our margin.
Anyways, happy to stop finally this collaboration!
This company has re-branded as Quivo so I am not sure if anyone considering their services will see this, but my advice is to proceed with caution.
I used their logistics services for 2 years and am so happy to finally be away from such a company.
Firstly, the service they provide is fairly average. I didn't have any issues with orders being fulfilled. But boy do they like sending invoices.
It's literally just invoice after invoice, none of it making any real sense, when you question it you get fobbed off. You can only speak through their connector portal, no person to speak to and no email communication.
Very disorganised, often chasing me for payments that had already been made and then expecting me to provide proof that I had made the payment, because checking their own account was too much work for them, which they probably would have charged me for since they charge for literally everything they possibly can.
I was pleased to finally close my account and have my remaining stock returned to me. That process was fairly straight forward to be fair, but of course, it cost me.
My stock was held until I paid my final invoice, which I paid.
3 weeks later I get another invoice for 0.72 pence. Because my account has been closed I am unable to contact them, the invoice is sent from a noreply email address and I can't access the connector portal when my account is closed.
It will cost me more in bank fees than that invoice is worth, and I have no idea why I am still getting invoices on an account I closed and paid the final invoice for.
Anyway, as organised as they are, they continued to chase me for 0.72 pence, with no way for me to contact them. Then the final straw was them blocking and closing my account because I haven't paid 0.72 pence, even though I spent thousands with this company and my account is already closed on my request.
I appreciate that some things are automated, but the level of disorganisation and the complete disregard for any decent customer service in terms of being contactable outside of their connector portal is ridiculous.
Like I said, after 2 years I am so happy to be rid of this ridiculous, disorganised mess.
Waiting for my debt collection letter for 0.72 pence.
When I looked the reviews I m telling muselé why i didnt Check the reviews before I signed the contract. They send you bill over bills but with any match with your real order. You can hardly reach them and they keep going to claim payment for services they didnt deliver. This company has very poor standard close to a scam.
Do not work with this company!
Unfortunately, I didn't read through the company reviews, otherwise I would have pulled the emergency brake beforehand.
Again, I advise 100% against sending anything there or doing anything with them!
The story reads like a bad joke:
I did an onboarding, it all worked out quite well, the salespeople are highly trained, have a clue and can sell. After two weeks, I received the invoice for the onboarding with my wrong company name and the wrong VAT number. I immediately complained and replied to the email. No reaction after two weeks. Then came a payment reminder, again replied to the email, no reaction. Then came a reminder four days later, again answered the email, as there was no reaction to the last two emails, again no answer, we have been playing this game for six weeks now. Today I finally received an email from a customer service employee, a one-liner stating that he had sent my email to the relevant department. But this mail only came because I called the salesperson in the meantime, because no one has been answering the service phone number for days.
Now I can be patient for another 5 days, because it will take so long before I get an answer.
I'm really glad I didn't send them any goods, because you really get scared for your goods when they don't manage to answer an email for SIX weeks, let alone pick up the phone.
According to many other reviews, there are often problems with Logsta. Just imagine, if a parcel gets lost or something else happens, you can wait six weeks and run after them hundreds of times for something to happen? Really, I'd rather do my own parcels, it's a bad joke!
I'd really advise against doing anything with them, it won't end well. Unfortunately, I'll probably have to pay the €69 fee, because I'm 100% sure I won't store my goods there and I won't let Logsta send anything either!
chaotic, irresponsible
Our experience with logsta over the past few years has been disappointing at so many levels - there were only a few professional members of staff (those 2 were really good tho!), the rest was poorly trained and showed very little motivation to get the job done properly. our merchandise was handled very irresponsibly, several times our glass bottles simply were chucked into boxes and arrived messy and broken with our customers. ongoing issues with payments. vital information had to be requested over and over again - very often snappy responses were initial results which lead to an ongoing marathon of emails/correspondence. all in all, a lot of cost was created on our side. shame, we did strongly believe in this up-and-coming business but were nothing but disappointed.
5 star service.
amazing tech . good support.
really care about their customers
