Their customer service sucks!!
I have concerns about my experience. I placed an order and promptly cancelled it within 5 minutes of purchase. Despite immediate cancellation, I received no confirmation. I have followed up multiple times (at least 5 different methods of contact) with no response. I am left with an unwanted product, unopened and ready for return, and it has been over 2 months since the initial order and contact.
