As I wanted the wallet the following day I emailed to ask if they could organise this. A very helpful Alex arranged this for me. The wallet arrived the following morning. Great company would recommend!
I ordered a wallet for my fiancé at around lunchtime and it arrived the next day!
Unfortunately, the wallet was not suitable for English money however, Alex was suuuper friendly and helpful. He sent me a pre-paid returns envelope without question and issued a refund more or less straight away.
I had to query where the refund was as paypal didn't return it to me but as soon as I contacted Alex he responded immediately and was helpful and apologetic. I feel terrible that I have had to return the item as it is rare to get such pleasant customer service these days. I would not hesitate in placing another order and would recommend anyone to this website as I could not find fault with the way I was treated as a customer.
Although the product was not right for me I feel it does need to be known how good the customer service is so I did feel it necessary to write a review.
