Communication/correspondence was poor

I cannot thank London Gynaecology enough. I had a very worrying experience within the NHS and everyone who helped me at London Gynaecology went above and beyond and were so kind and reassuring from start to finish. Everyone there works so hard for us women!
Special huge thanks goes to Mr Phadnis for his instant reassurance and calmness from the moment I met him, which filled me with confidence; his brilliant PA Karl, and Lois, and Jemma for arranging the initial appointment for me at such short notice. The surgery went perfectly and my anaesthetist was a magician!! I was petrified but it couldn’t have gone any better. Mr Phadnis is wonderful. He’s changed my life.

Mrs Pisal is amazing and I would highly recommend her.

Dr Flemming was incredible, meticulous and professional. Worth every penny.

The services provided by the London Gynaecology by far exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond what a normal gynaecology practice would do. Dr. Batish and Dr. Pissal both are extremely knowledgeable, caring, kind and professional. They looked after me during and after my procedure. I would never go to another gynaecologist. Never allow anyone to touch me but Dr. Batish and Dr. Pissal. Also the secretaries were absolutely amazing. Thank you all for looking after me when I needed you the most!

Doctor Mez Aref-Adib in particular was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and answered all our questions very patiently. I highly recommend her!

Very slow in getting results, have to chase often. Clear expectations not set for turnaround of results with patients. End to end service not on par with other places like onewellbeck or king Edward’s.

Treated very well by all within the Gynaecology Centre. Jemma, Ms Evans Secretary, goes above and beyond a thousand fold to help and reassure. Geraldine, the nurse, also an amazing part of the team. A sense of calm is felt whilst on the premises.

Amazing experience, staff were all lovely and kind and communication was brilliant from the admin side.

The waiting time for my appointment was within days. The sonographer was lovely, friendly and caring. I would recommend women who need an urgent scan to go to London Gynaecology. Excellent customer service.

Lovely staff, lovely setting, every effort is made to create a relaxed and soothing environment. The doctors, nurses and support staff were all delightful. Highly recommended !

I was on a waiting list for nhs and did not have a positive experience following my cervical dysplasia and colposcopy without anesthésia !
I was seen very quickly and treated quickly , my gynaecologist dr Freeman -Wang was just fantastic !

I had two appointments with Dr Michelle Swer for my condition. I highly recommend her! She takes the time to explain everything in details, does not rush in explaining things and is very kind and professional. Highly recommend her!

My whole experience with Mr Pisal has been absolutely amazing, from the initial consultation to the surgery itself as well as the various appointments I've had before and after the surgery. After reading such amazing reviews online, I knew I had to see Mr Pisal and it was the best decision I made! He's very kind, calm, friendly and made me feel very comfortable at all times. He's very skilled and knowledgeable so I knew I was in very good hands for the surgery. The aftercare following the surgery has also been excellent, you can tell he really cares about his patients. I would highly recommend Mr Pisal and I feel very grateful to have had him as my consultant. I cannot thank Mr Pisal and his team enough!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND - I was referred to Mr Pisal by my gynae for a second opinion back in September 2024. The first available appointment was only in November which I took. Mr Pisal's bio was fabulous and felt that if my gynae had referred me for a second opinion he was definitely worth the wait. I am so glad that I did! The offices and staff, were clean bright and presentable and Mr Pisal made me feel extremely comfortable and confident from the moment I met him. After a brief consultation, examination of my abdomen a plan was put into place with an operation in January 2025. I am now 11 days post operation and have zero pain / zero discomfort. Mr Pisal had a quiet / caring bed side manner and my post op consultation was reassuring and very calming from beginning to end. Something for sure you need when going through a major op which had two parts to the operation as in hysterectomy and fibroids. Thank you is not enough.
