Unprepared
Could not provide same / next day appointment as advertised. Engineer seemed to be in a rush and not really prepared for this particular printer model. Expensive for the end result: "replace main board and keep diagnosing". No estimate of the cost(s) to actually fix the machine were offered resulting in an open ended expense. Would not use again.
