My order was multiple weeks late and despite making calls to ask for where the items were was fobbed off and told that I would be contacted. Absolute travesty of a company. No apologies provided. Will not work with them again
Ordered some kebab stands, arrived this morning, they look great!
Ordered a cocktail tree on 6th march, paid for next day delivery. Was called the same day to be told that the item was out of stock and they would contact me the next day to let me know when it would be back in stock. Still heard nothing back, so sent emails to enquire about my item. Got nothing back. Called them today 23/03/18 to ask where my item is, a woman with terrible English answered, it's still not in stock and they don't know when it will be coming back in stock. What kind of customer service is this? Asked for a refund - lets see if I get it all back including my next day delivery cost.
