We run a family managed letting business and have used London Heating for over 7 years.
All the work they have done has been high quality. The factor that makes them stand out is their approach to a problem. They don't just offer a fix; they ensure the cause of the problem is identified before suggesting a solution. All the engineers are good at explaining problems and possible solutions in terms that a lay person can understand: no means feat when it comes to boilers.

There is also a very efficient helpful cheerful back office team. Quotes and invoicing are problem free. Their system for setting up annual gas safety checks make this annual chores easy.

And they are competitive

Easy to book over the phone, the engineer was very punctual, quickly identified the problem (noisy fan which was not effecting the boiler in itself), no hard sale (explained that given the age of the boiler it would not be worth spending the money to change the piece) but managed to reduce the noise by using WD40 instead. Great and efficient service.

I could not recommend London Heating highly enough. When I received what appeared to be an over inflated quote from another company I got in touch with them for a 2nd opinion. They carried out the work to fix the job quickly and for 40% less than the other company's quote. Mike who carried out the work was courteous and knowledgeable.

Very helpful plumber who helped win another last moment job and went out his way to get a part quickly - he also explained the situation very clearly, intelligently and politely.
