Great experience and everything worked out well and without and problems. We would recommend it for other London tourists.

While I think the Go City / London Pass has value if purchased at the right price, at face value, the cost is almost break-even with purchasing tickets at the door of most venues included in the pass. The company (Go City) has customer service that was unfriendly, unhelpful and needs a lot of work. I contacted them to see if they had a coupon code that would save me a few dollars to make the pass worthwhile and they kept just referring me to a code that was listed on the front-page of their website. I was looking for a promo over and above that code and didn't need them to point out the obvious. I ultimately purchased the pass via Klook.com, saved a ton over the Go City / London Pass website, was able to stack several coupon codes and was able to avoid foreign transaction fees. Look at Klook before purchasing from the vendor and you too can save a bundle!

Lots of great activities and definite savings, but...
Beware:
- With some activities, you can't book in advance, you have to show up on the day and they let you in IF AND ONLY IF there's room (not great for planning, possible waste of time and travel for nothing). In our case: Postal Museum, Windsor Castle.
- Opening times on the London Pass website are not always accurate: always check the official website first. Also, for guided visits, lots were not available during our trip because it was off season (January).
We stayed 10 days, and it was our first time in London, so we were able to work around all these inconveniences. But if you've already been to lots of places and have your heart set on very specific activities, with not a lot of time to do them, check all of that well in advance, before you end up disappointed.

This is a very good pass. If you organized your visits in advance you can see a lot of places at a really good price against the normal entrance fee.

Given the huge range of activities it was excellent. We chose the three day pass and got to see many major sites. It saved us money and we were able to see so many of the major sites. The guided tours were great. Great to choose as a first time visitor to London.

The value is great but you have to arrange very well your agenda to get the most out of it.
The difficult part is readying all the different conditions in each experience.

We had a great time with that pass because it was much cheaper and also faster then without. London is fantastic and we 'll come back for sure. But it is important to check the locations of the opening times when holidays coming up. Some locations are closed or close earlier.

I’m so glad that we purchased the London pass because it helped us create an itinerary for a trip since we were so unfamiliar with London and what there was all to do and experience.

We enjoyed the flexibilty that london pass offers.

First, it's a great platform for exploring various places, museums, and buildings of British history, at significantly lower prices than if you paid for each one individually. The wide range of attractions allows you to choose from five or more passes, with some free or even just for visiting a specific area. Furthermore, each pass is independent for each person or group.
However, there are two problems: First, many attractions have specific opening hours for the London Pass, resulting in unexpected time losses depending on the day of your visit. Second, some attractions may be closed on certain days, which is even worse because if you don't know the specific day or date, you miss out on the attraction, wasting money and valuable time during your trip.

We were unable to use the bus services at all. We found it extremely difficult to obtain any assistance on site. Staff presence was scarce, and we were unable to find clear guidance regarding the location of the nearest bus stops. Other tour companies’ staff were also unwilling or unable to direct us appropriately.
As a result, we did not benefit from a 48hr bus ticket service that we had fully paid for, which was both disappointing and frustrating, especially given that we were travelling with family and had limited time.
