Used these guys recently for a few electrical items in our retail unit in London - work was completed on time & workers all turned up when they should of etc - Would recommend & use again.

Gave them a few tasks including replacing a fuse box. They didn't finish the tasks and hounded me to pay the bill. Ever since they did that I have spent a FORTUNE trying to fix their mistakes. They kept promising to come back to fix it and never did.

Fantastic and professional, they came to the rescue last minute for an end of office tenancy inspection and didn't even charge a rush fee. Very grateful and highly recommend!!!!! Also they were always available on the phone or whatsapp - professionally reactive too!!

Desperately trying to get EPC and ECIR certs from this company. Inspections were undertaken over 7 days ago and I am continually being promised that they will send them through but nothing coming and my letting/tenants timescale is now at risk. If anyone has any other telephone number for this company I would be grateful as they now won’t answer my begging calls….

We got an EICR inspection done and they were incredibly efficient and nice to deal with. I booked in the afternoon and they had the inspection completed the following morning.
I would highly recommend.

The gentleman who came to see the flat for fire risk, was prompt, systematic, knowledgeable and most of all explained clearly everything step by step, what he was doing and why it was important and how to take good care of the flat. Thank you

Company advertise a local 0191 number which is my area. Filled out their form and booked an appointment and then when chased the lady on the phone who was extremely rude said they didn’t do our area.

I gave this company many chances to fix issues before posting this complaint. I contacted this company letting them know I needed some reports by last Saturday for an application to my council due Monday. On Friday, they sent an inspector who claimed there were problems to be fixed including two emergency lights. They sent an engineer out to fix these issues on Saturday in order for me to have the satisfactory reports the same day. The second engineer contradicted the first by claiming the lights were fine. He was then to install a new fire alarm and do some other work but disappeared without doing any of the work and without informing me after making me wait hours beyond the time he was to arrive. This company then did send me some reports, including a fire safety certificate, which I reminded them was to be done only after the fire alarm was installed, making it useless. I then had to hire another company to quickly install the fire alarm and redo the fire safety certificate. I should have asked for the fire safety certificate to be refunded by London Property Inspections but I let it go. However, I asked for a refund on the fire assessment report for my flat as I needed to get it redone by the other company after installation of the new fire alarm. It has been over a week since all of that and I have neither received the fire assessment for my flat nor received a refund. At this stage, the report is no longer required. I also needed to get it redone by another company. The company also becomes fairly hard to reach when there is a problem or a complaint. Despite all this, I was willing to work with them on some more issues to fix, but they have stopped replying to my Whatsapp messages. Now, all I want from this company is a refund for the product they didn't deliver and which is now too late for the purpose--which is a fire safety assessment for my flat. They did submit a fire safety report for the building, but the one for the flat remains missing. If they were a good company, they would also refund the fire safety certificate on their own for the trouble.

They have done a EPC on 12 January and promised the certificate will be on the government website by the next day. I still have not got the certificate.

I booked an EPC through LPI.
The appointment was for between 8-12pm. At midday I called to find where the assessor was and was told they would find out. I then got a flustered call from someone saying they would arrive between 2-3pm. He eventually turned up at 4pm and said the company had forgotten my appointment. He took a few photos and left. I know this is totally insufficient for an EPC (he should have measured the property, counted number of low energy light fittings etc.)
One week later I am still waiting fory EPC from an assessor who clearly isn't qualified to carry out EPCs. I have requested a refund but they have now stopped responding to my emails.
Please, please, please avoid this company.

LPI did a good job - turned up as booked and had timely communication and responses to emails and calls. The EICR certificate was provided within 24 hours.

They have provided me very quick service with unbeatable prices for eicr and gas safety. I will definitely use them again. Recommended!
