So pleased to have asked London Sash Windows Repairs to do the work. I had a comprehensive initial quote. I needed two newly made sashes, two double glazed sashes and several sill repairs. There was good communication throughout. And a great service. The team were efficient and courteous on the day, worked extremely hard and did a great job. There were a couple of things that needed rectifying and they came back within the week and did it. Very happy with the work.

From initial contact to the work being completed, everyone was friendly, courteous and helpful. The repair of a rotten sash window was outstandingly good and at a very reasonable price.

Highly recommended - we had 9 windows refurbished in 3 days and I wish we had done it years ago. Very efficient process - quote done promptly and the 2 man team, Ryan and Dave, arrived when they said they would, did more repairs than were initially identified when the windows came out and billed the amount quoted. Very hard working and professional.

Highly recommend these guys! They did a great job on our awkwardly located bathroom window, replacing the rotten wood and finishing it to a high standard. There was also clear communication throughout the process and they’re very competitively priced.

Absolutely professional high quality work and fairly priced! Very communicate from the beginning to the end, very professional (I cannot emphasise that enough) and efficient (they did 4 large and two small sash windows in less than two days, including double glazing). They replaced all the rotten parts, installed the double glaze and drought proofed and primed, cleaned everything after them. Thank you to all the team!

Brian did a thorough assessment of all of my windows, talking me through the whole process. The information was great. My sash windows were repaired over two days to an exceptional standard. Ryan and Dave were amazing chaps, they arrived very early and worked effectively and relentlessly all day and they cleaned up well. I can say I truly saved a fortune on other companies quote’s for repairs, who only wanted to replace the sash windows at costs of tens of thousands. I am so pleased with the result and pleased that this is a sustainable option.

Can't recommend these guys enough. Extremely professional, diligent, and all genuinely very nice. They did 8 windows in 3 days and left the place tidier then it was before they got there. They were also by far the best value we could find on the market. We will be using them for any future window refubs/repairs/glazing :-)

London Sash Window Repairs were professional and very communicative. The pricing was super reasonable. We went for their draught and double-glazing overhaul service for bay windows. Could not be happier with the service and outcome. On the day the workmen arrived punctually and completed the work very efficiently and I'm extremely happy with the windows now.

Such a great and professional company who really want to do the right thing for customers. They refurbished a number of windows in my house to a very high quality, and very efficiently. What stood out to me was the aftercare in that they were also very responsive and willing help answer questions, even return to check on things where needed. Brian and the team were great to deal with and very professional throughout. They provided me swiftly with reasonable quotes and expert advice. I was unable to go through with the work in the end but they were very decent and refunded me my deposit. Would definitely recommend.

I was so impressed with London Sash Window Repairs. They've done a brilliant job on our windows, repairing/transforming them into double-glazed (so much cheaper than new timber ones).

They were also just very professional and personable. It was really nice dealing with them.

Couldn’t be happier. Dan and his team did an amazing job renovating our windows. They are real masters at their craft and proper craftsmen. Half the quote for replacing the windows and yet so much nicer retaining their character and also retaining the great quality timber that old windows often have. Highly recommend.

I was delighted with the service that I received and very highly recommend London Sash Window Repairs. One of the sash windows in my flat in Primrose Hill, London needed repairing. James came over arriving exactly on time to the minute, and took it out, repaired it, and re-fitted it single-handed within the space of around 3.5hrs. He was polite, professional, likable, meticulously tidy, and made the whole thing effortless. It was a big relief as I had delayed doing this for some time as had been worried about the mess, dust and disruption. All the major carpentry was done in his van rather than in my flat so there was likely no dust at all. In the end it was clear I had nothing to worry about! I had also through that I wouldn’t need to redecorate the window, but by the time James had finished you would never have known that it had been repaired. A great service and also reasonable priced. A big thank you from me. James is a superstar!
