The tracker did not work

The tracker did not work. It said it would be ok to place it where I placed it. The instructions were not detailed enough and it was way too complex to figure out the programming. All I did was waste more than $100.00. I even repositioned it and it still did not work.

Having a live person call me and…

Having a live person call me and solving my concerns. He more than willing to help me understand the notifications I was receiving. Come to find out I misunderstood what was going on with my equipment. This been a accurate device and so far worth it.

Great support

I was having issues with getting tracker loaded that was ordered from a 3rd party vendor installed in a piece of test equipment. Called tech support and they walked me through the process, added the device to my account and got me up and running. I have 27 of these devices and have had 2 trailers stolen this year. Recovered both trailers the same day they were stolen.

A REAL person answered the phone when

Fairly quick to get product and easy set up and San actuall person answered the phone when I had a question. They didn’t have an answer but the call me back when they did get the answer

Hasn’t been a month yet but I…

Hasn’t been a month yet but I absolutely love it!! As soon as my jetski moves, starts or stops, I get a notification of its precise location via Email, Text & App. Yes it’s a lot of notifications but I don’t mind it because its well worth it, especially if I were to be asleep, it will definitely make me check my phone.

Can you send something on how to…

Can you send something on how to activate the system? An email was supposed to be sent to show how to activate. I have the correct app I think but there isn’t any direction there on how to do it. The QR code scan doesn’t direct to correct instructions.

I am very impressed with this unit

I am very impressed with this unit. I placed it inside the steel frame of a truck and it worked extremely well. I have yet to see the battery power drop

Too many times

There many times, the unit is moving and no notification at all and there is times that unit starts moving . Won't get a notification maybe 3 to 5 miles from Original point. Not very happy, I have three other trailers , already looking for a replacement.

Completely horrible service

Completely horrible service, trackers will not stay connected no way to track the vehicle then when I contact Lonestar and cancel trackers but tell them to not cancel my trailer tracker, they canceled the trailer and they don’t cancel the vehicles. I would not recommend you wasting your money with this company.

Sometimes it is maybe 20-30 yards off but recently it’s shown to be 100 yards or so off

I like your product. All is well except most of the time it doesn’t show the exact location. Close enough I guess but sometimes it could be as much as 100 yards from the actual location. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars
